I ordered them through the Good Friday appeal, not the club so it may be different. Nothing from the club has arrived of yet

Sorry but after getting my one, I stand corrected. It most definitely does have that watermark on it.

My WEG one looks wonderful. I briefly unraveled it, had a look and put it back in. I’m paranoid I’ll get a rip on it. I just can’t wait to get it framed. Hopefully somewhere accessible like K-Mart have the right size frames. The Mark Knight one is really nice too. I like the colour and frankly, it was much better than I expected (after seeing his ones for the cats and magpies.) I hope he keeps up the good work if we get another one. Only thing I didn’t like was the 1964 tattoo and the “Norm Smith curse” (which I don’t subscribe to) comment. But apart from that, it’s a really great poster that I show with pride on my wall. He’s no WEG, but I think the grand final poster art is in good hands.

I just wish someone could have told me that after that goal, they were only going to kick one more for the rest of the game. They were on a roll. We weren’t the only ones who thought so. I saw a comment in the bulldogs forum that said “That is the moment of our premiership dear Bulldogs.” Chilling. And if I’d read it at that point I’d have agreed with him

Cracked up more like it. I conceded that we weren’t likely to win at that stage. After the 2nd quarter me and my dad had to go in separate room. We didn’t even watch the half time show. When I walked into the room to call him that it was about to start, he had his head in his hands. My uncle stayed in the living room the whole time. After they got the first goal, I was devastated. After that, every time they kicked towards their goal, I buried my face into my cushion. I couldn’t watch. Then when we got the Fritch goal I was still worried. It was when he got the next one I knew we were back in it.

Was so tempted to buy a weg 1964 premiership. It just didn’t feel that right having one from a year where I wasn’t even born yet. I think it would just be a depressing reminder of our drought. Now I’m thinking of getting one to go with my 2021 one.

I’d really enjoy reading this forum more if there weren’t ads in between telling me where I can find my “Asian sweetheart.” 😏

What they’ve done is something no other team in our history has done. Break a 50+ year drought. Never since even in our early years did we have to wait this long for a premiership

Did weg art send you an email? I never got one back and am fearful they took my money and sent nothing
