I've never found these comparisons to be very valid. Players today are aerobic machines and would absolutely run rings around players of past era's. The 2021 team would very likely beat this team of the century by 10+ goals. Players just weren't as fit back then, plus the old players would be giving away endless free kicks with the way they used to hit each other.

The series of videos the club has been publishing called "premiership tales". These little snippets give a fantastic insight into the minds of our beloved premiership team. Brayshaw almost made my cry again

Deserves a rest, at least for the 2022 season. If Sparrow continues on his current path next year, give it to him for 2023.

I don't disagree, but that doesn't mean he's not one of the best individual players in the comp. He is worthy of making a list such as this.

Excruciating listening. I wish we had the prelim commentary team for the Granny, they were fantastic. I shook my head in disbelief on that Fritta comment. BT is as thick as 2 short planks.
