  1. I agree he looks dumb when the flash to him but I think it always looks like that. My issue is the no plan B. I hate it how we never make a move
  2. It’s the MFC way. Take someone who is great at something and change it. Pickett looked like a great set shot when he got to the club also but our coaching staff have obviously tinkered with the routine
  3. Make a move after half time Goodwin you moron
  4. Melksham is a shadow of the player he was two years ago...soft as butter
  5. Take a bow Christian Petracca
  6. Yep that was rubbish. 2 goal turn around there
  7. I reckon we will play him on the wing. The strategy seems to be to identify your best position and then play you somewhere else. It must be a laugh in the rooms each week when Goody explains it. Absolutely mind boggling!
  8. Yeah...That is a fair point. Maybe it was an overreaction. What a disappointing game - no system, no passion, no plan b...I am disgusted with last night
  9. These are my thoughts too. I’ve been a member for 25 years, joined my wife and family up and pay extra for GF guarantee. I live in Perth so get to see them live once per year. I’m done
  10. All the best...hope you get some nice Baldies
  11. He has been far from our worst tonight
  12. Forget Roos, he was in it for the cash
  13. Looks to me like the coach has lost the players. This is a disgrace
  14. It’s getting harder to pay each year and watch the crap that we serve up. I also find myself falling out of love with the game itself - over umpired, soft, rewards the player second to the ball etc. I will always love our club but I am trying to be more circumspect about our woes
  15. Went and watched Claremont (My team) beat West Perth on a windy day today. Very good skills, used the wind to advantage and knew how to play when kicking against it. Very good skills and such an enjoyable game to watch. Took the family and they had a ball and enjoyed it much more than going to a stadium to watch an AFL game. I have been an MFC supporter for 35 years and member for 25 years...I am honestly at the crossroads. I just can’t deal with pea hearted efforts for much longer. I reckon I have one more year left. If we ain’t a hell of a lot better next year (preferably with a new coach) then that’s it for me. I’ll just pay a Claremont membership and head along when I can...and save approximately $600 per year. The MFC - so disappointing and soul destroying every year...we are a weak club
  16. We are a weak club and have been for a long time
  17. What a half of footy by Steven May...absolutely elite defender. He is giving Naughton a lesson
  18. Nail on the head Nev...huge no from me
  19. Past - Neitz, Farmer and Trapper Present - Clarry and Max
  20. 6 Langdon - a serious player 5 Oliver - he is in amazing form 4 Melksham - a real attacking yardstick for us 3 May 2 Brayshaw 1 Spargo Special mention time Preuss and Weideman
