  1. One of my favourite players. Huge work rate and you know he is happy to sacrifice for the team. Skills have improved hugely this year. He is the type of player that is very important in a premiership quest. Well done Nibbler and well deserved!
  2. I think Saturday night’s game was the best he has played...it was an amazing performance!
  3. Shall they address the apology to you personally or to the club? Terrible non-call by the umpire but we put ourself in that position. Bad night...we were always going to lose at some stage and hopefully it is a good re-set
  4. So you think we will win 4 of the last 12? That’s the only way we might finish 8th mate. We had a bad game and looked tired. At the start of the year I would have put my house on us not being 9-1...we are in a very good position
  5. How about a MFC t shirt that is not a training style top with advertising all over it...I would buy one in a flash
  6. How good is selection being back to tonight!
  7. I’d like to know the significance of 9-0 for other teams in recent history i.e. last 20 years. How many teams that went 9-0 ended up winning the premiership?
  8. Hunt also very good imo
  9. His job is not to accumulate...he is going fine
  10. If I had to choose I think I’d give ed his collywobbles gig back so i didn’t have to hear him comment...it is unbearable
  11. Makes zero sense
  12. Agree with all that you are saying...but Ratten had a fair point. I watched a bit of the game last night and in the second quarter there was approximately 2 minutes of play when the Saints should have been rewarded maybe 5 times for holding the ball or incorrect disposal...the umpiring was a joke
  13. I seriously don’t understand it
  14. The umpiring was terrible. Another example was in the second quarter when Salem took a mark. He backed off the mark in a straight line and was called to play on...completely mystifying
  15. He is a seriously unlikeable bloke
  16. I wasn’t implying that you did and I’m not keen for an argument...all good mate
  17. I’ll agree to disagree then...I thought he had a good game and I’m pretty certain he won’t be dropped ?
  18. I though Sparrow should have been picked instead of Harmes but IMO Harmes had a great first half and played his best game for a while. This whole thread is opinion based though because as stated I was clearly wrong last week with selection
  19. His first half was very good...go re-watch if you missed it. Sorry if you think I am overcooking it...I thought he was very good - hope that opinion is ok with you
  20. I can’t agree with that. Harmes had a fantastic game
  21. Oliver huge! TMac huge! Brown huge! I love the win that is a grind...well done lads. We deserve to be premiership favourites now...not that I give a crap about odds
  22. Sparrow was BOG by the length of the Flemington straight. I’ve doubted his ability to make it before but what I saw in that game made me believe he has all the tools to be a Midfield regular at AFL level...he was excellent! Not only was he hard at it and great at the contested ball but his evasiveness and foot skills were very good. He comes in before Harmes IMO
  23. ? I knew what you meant but couldnt help myself sorry. Amazing that both of these blokes have signed on along with Salem and Max...no stuffing around...be sure of one thing - they absolutely believe!
  24. Oh no I never knew that...I can’t believe he resigned
