    Fyfe? Mitchell? Barlow? Swan? Montagna? Mundy? Watson? All outside of the first round of the draft. Watson was F/S but not rated first round. I agree that everyone seems to be saying that midfielders are easier to find yet Melbourne has done a pretty convincing job of suggesting it's impossible to find quality mids at any point in the draft. The mids are there, we've just got to start finding them.

As I stated somewhere else, those who claim we don't "deserve a priority pick" live in a world where the AFL is an organization that has running a fair and equal competition as it's core organizing principle. As most know, that's a load of crap. Priorities one, two three and probably four through to four hundred and four involve money. We're not competitive. We need to become competitive. A PP will help us become competitive. End of AFL thought process. Unless of course, there was more thought. And it will help us get Roos to Melbourne. Two birds, one stone.

    Adams averages 5.4 more disposals than Caddy over their respective careers and Caddy has played an extra season. Caddy is a big bodied first dibs utility. Adams is a legitimate inside midfielder who'd you comfortably start in the centre square.

    I think Garland may get the nod. N Jones second. M Jones, Trengove and Terlich to follow. Disturbingly Dunn will be close to that bunch. Sylvia, McDonald, Frawley and Howe to round out the top 10. Viney to just miss out on top 10. But he'll win it next year!

    I love Demonland. I know when my family is overseas without me, I hate making huge life changing decisions when the possibility exists they may get caught up in a completely unpredictable extreme weather event. This is my nomination for post of the year.
