The truth is, if the kids had improved and we didn't have so many injuries, in a perfect world he would have been or was about to be pushed out of the side. I love him, but he isn't the player he was. Having said that, going by the year we had, keeping him on for another year isn't the worst option. I'd take the captaincy off him and give it to someone like Gawn, though. It's time he stood aside in that regard.
