[censored] MAN OXLEY UP ROOS!!!!!
-
Did I say it was? Just stating a fact. Sorry you can't see the positives though.
-
I'm also sick to death of listening to Nick Maxwell's completely biased commentary as well.
-
Playing on Jesse White who has only had 2 touches.
-
Big MAX!! Love it!
-
How good is Brayshaw? Love the little man!

I wonder how much the concussion has played on Jetta's mind. He looks bereft of confidence at the minute.

The Pies are just on fire here. Everything going their way.

Are you suggesting it wasn't a soft effort to mark the ball?

Cloke is killing us here.

Where was Bernie kicking that? Terrible option.

Jeff Garlett - "loving life and kicking goals at Melbourne..."
Wiseblood replied to Wiseblood's topic in Melbourne Demons
Ah sorry mate, I forget about that sometimes. I think you can put the heading of the article in google and be able to read it anyway. -
Agreed. No small forward has kicked that many goals in a season since either, and he was torching all the best small backs in the game. His 8 goals on Pickett in the Prelim was unbelievable to watch as well.

This is a great article from the HUN about Garlett's resurgence this year: http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/jeff-garlett-loving-life-and-kicking-goals-at-melbourne-after-a-chaotic-2014-spelled-end-of-time-at-carlton/story-fnp04d70-1227387146813?login=1 I think we would all agree that there was a little trepidation about him coming to the club, as we knew what he could do on the field was something we desperately needed, but he came with some baggage. It seems as though he has turned everything around and is contributing in many positive ways for the club. Here's hoping he kicks a bag tomorrow against the filth!

What a half of football that was. I think many would agree here that, had he stayed with us, he would have gone on to repeat these sorts of feats again and again before his career was over.

MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 10
Wiseblood replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
And just at a point where we might be starting to gain some momentum in the game too. He falls in someone's back and they kick a goal against the run of play. I've never seen someone do it as well as him. -

And they must be the most incriminating photos of all time for him to keep his spot. -
MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 10

Normally I can see where Roos is coming from with his team selections, but dropping Grimes and keeping M. Jones completely baffles me. Ridiculous stuff. -
That was C&B who did that I believe, it was during the trading and drafting period.

God bless a poster that feels the need to drag stuff from one thread to another, regardless of relevance. Thought you were better than that jnr.

MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 10

No kidding Al. But if they can't do it for him this week then I'll be bitterly disappointed. -
MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 10

Ins and outs don't matter too much to me this week. I just hope the 22 selected go out there and give everything they have for Neale Daniher this week. If he can fight as hard as he is with an incurable disease then these players can go out there and fight the filth on our home turf and win. Bring it on. -
I don't give a stuff about his skills - I loved Cameron Bruce. Sensational player in his prime.
