Aside from Kumar and Mahela, the Lankans seem to completely lack mental composure. Very disappointed with most of the dismissals. The pitch looks a good one and, after a day or so of sunshine, could be a batters dream IMO.

Surely, surely the events in Connecticut finally tip the balance of the gun control argument forever in favour of the government taking control of this diabolical situation. An utter tragedy that simply must, in my opinion, lead to government (if not societal) action. My thoughts and wishes go out to the poor families of those children, the children who survived but will be scarred for life and many of the general U.S. population who simply live in fear.

Jack, my recollection of that match was that they were woeful but still accounted for us easily - having many more scoring shots (especially early on) but inaccuracy cost them. They also had that game against W.C. where they were unlucky not to get the points. We'll be much better in 2013, I think, but Richmond are ahead of us. You cannot blame the batsmen for the bowlers bowling poorly.

That makes sense.... The batsmen play poorly so the bowlers decide to bowl rubbish.
