Judging by all reports on Grimes, i think you can hardly question the rationale behind recruiting him to the club, given his skills and leadership qualities etc. If he turns out to be a dud, it would reflect badly on the development staff and footy coaches at the club IMO, not the recruitment people. As such I would list it as a good trade showing good initiative and drive
