I think what happens is a team nominates what they would pick him with, and if the club with the father son link doesn't beat it, that club then has to use that pick on the player

I don't quite understand the notion of; this player could get us pick 10-14, or this one 15-20. For instance, Kit i udnerstand you generality, but in terms of this draft, Green fetching a draft pick between 15-20. 4 of those picks are WC and Melbourne. You wouldn't think WC want him. The other two clubs are the Cats and the Hawks, where there has been no speculative interest. I just don't think you can say this player wil get x pick. If a club rates a player as being better than what they think they'd get with a first round pick, then they'd give up their first round pick for him IMO.

Perhaps this is a joint effort from Brad and the MFC to try and negotiate a deal that's best for both of them. Perhaps a club says we can pay you this much money and give your club x pick, then both win. Suzie, I'm definitely with you. It was quite an amazing and intimate crowd. Both reminded me a lot of the crowd at the P.A. game of '07 (when we were robbed). Everyone was into it, every decision seemed life changing and everybody could feel it. After the Brisbane game i couldn't speak for a week, which was bad because Holiday program started the next day and i couldn't welcome any of the kids. Sometimes it would start squeeking, i considered that i had nodes on my vocal chords, then ignored it. But yeah, the "WHADDA WE SING" certainly got a belting out around where I was. I started screaming for them to keep playing the song because they onlyplayed it twice i think, ended up starting our own version and everyone around joined in. Great moments, and anyone who says our fans are soft and fickle can fk off. There might not be many of us, but we've put up with a lot of crap and probably have the same base hardcore supporter group that any team has

Great jumper, hopefully the club fight to get what the fans want. If this gets a pass from the AFL, as if it wouldnt, it's very similar to the same jumper that was OK'd for years as a clash jumper, and it's more of a change than the Bombers' one anyway, perhaps the club could put a similar poll on the website to get a more universal finding

Seaby has never had more than 17 disposals BB. You obviously don't understand how rubbish he is. Goalkicking Ruckman? Never kicked more than 3, has kicked about 60 in his 100 or so games. Doesn't speak volumes either. Seaby averages a whopping 3.5 more possessions a game than Jamar. Now i'm not saying Jamar is good, but don't go advocating crap is better than crapper.
