  1. He’s still got a few more gears to go yet, still building match fitness..
  2. In 2019 at training, means little now.
  3. He may be quick at training but he is unproven at AFL level and has slow game sense / awareness. His career to date has been underwhelming.
  4. Why would you play Smith forward? Can someone please explain to me the fascination with this bloke?
  5. Kick the ball into the forward line a Melbourne, not back into the middle, KICK IT FORWARD FFS!
  6. Haven’t seen or heard anything about Tom Sparrow for 12 months now, picked for Rd 1 last yr, was talked up (normal MFC) got injured and hasn’t been sighted since.. can’t be close to selection as we’ve made a dozen changes already and he hasn’t been one of them nor has he been named an emergency.... would like to hear how he’s going.

Brisbane’s 3rd quarter is like watching MFC.
  8. Some great points from Jennings and well summed up.. I listened with great attention when he was on earlier Anyone get a bit of a feel there are a few sour grapes there though from Jennings?
  9. Tomlinson as a lead up half forward makes a lot of sense to me, surely would offer more than Hunt.

3 weeks after the whole AFL supporter base has been questioning why these two haven’t been in the team, will the club finally see what everyone else does.
  11. Lever needs to get back to basics, start by actually having an opponent and winning some contests, simply just defend.
  12. I understand your point I just have a different opinion. Not many players improve their field kicking during their career, look at our perennial offenders for example- Hunt, Viney, Brayshaw, Oliver even Langdon.
  13. I’ve played/ coached for 30+ yrs, I’m well aware of that. Goal kicking is totally seperate to what I’m talking about, field kicking, hand balling, marking - it’s poor at best and probably along with Adel & Freo the worst in the comp. Our key on ballers are the main culprits - Viney, Oliver.
  14. How often does an AFL player improve their kicking over their career?? Examples please.
  15. I agree, disposal is killing us, missed kicks / handballs, dropped marks, yeah the coach team selection and game plan at times can be queried but what hope has he got if we can’t kick.
  16. Talking midfield champ, read the full quote.
  17. It’s actually not mate cause they don’t get the job done. That’s the problem, all the talk they are great when they are not. Oliver / Brayshaw can’t kick. viney turnover king. Gawn is a star. Trac having a good yr. all the criticism comes for Goody but if the players can’t hit a target what hope has he got.
  18. BOG for Richmond he’s been, Viney that is.
  19. Playing list most over rated in the comp, continue to butcher the ball, Viney terrible today. May & lever biggest bust of all time. so many players down today, again.
  20. Jack Viney - handball to someone under pressure, get it back and kick it straight to the opposition, it’s his go to.
  21. Great insightful interview guys, good to hear the confidence in the whole club from Glenn ??
  22. Let me guess? He’s not getting the fundamentals right... but once he does, look out ??
  23. Copped a touch up from Geelongs seconds ? It’s not all about high draft picks...
  24. Supporters are sick of the talk, we want results and this current leadership admin and coaches group steering the ship is running out of time, quickly.
