I think in future years he should be groomed into a full time ruck/4th mid. I can see the league going “small ball” with the ruck position similar to how the NBA has gone with centre. we could be ahead with of the curve!

I don’t know what to think about this draft for us if it pans out like has been widely speculated. One thing seems apparent though. Either the list managers know more about Jackson and Pickett than the rest of the AFL world combined, or they’re making a mistake that’s sizeable enough to stack up against some of our best from the last decade.
