Thanks WR the team pressure surprised me I felt like they were way up on us but guess we are more critical of our own team. Lindsay leading the pressure points as well as playing a great game really shows his class.

Sorry Dazzle I didn’t see it that way at all, I watched the presser from a neutral perspective and thought that he wanted people to know that Max may have had underlying personal issues in the background. I didn’t see it as throwing Max under the bus. I think it depends on a person’s opinion of Simon Goodwin.

Why wouldn’t he be dees189227, he’s a big boy and should have recovered from the loss by Wednesday.

To be honest I was apprehensive about the game at Marvel yesterday but I wasn’t expecting a total capitulation in the last quarter, I thought we were lucky to be within a couple of goals throughout the game particularly after we squandered our opportunities at every opportunity. I couldn’t believe how well we picked out their defenders from our players and delivered it lace out to them and not us. Roos worked hard for the momentum and when they finally got it they made the absolute most of it 6 goals in 10 minutes blew us out of the game. Credit to Nth they hit us hard and often and had the ball on a string they outmarked, out run and out played us in nearly every facet of the game.😪😢

What would be the point Dazzle, it would just get sh…canned anyway.

Disagree OD Disco hasn’t played a lot of footy yet, his game against Suns last year was a bit of an eye opener think he kicked 4. With Disco, JvR, Matty Jefferson playing together should also free up Fritta and bring Chin and Sharp into play more.🙏🤞

Great day for a game of footy but have been feeling a bit apprehensive about this game, hope the boys are all switched on and get a good start. True OD we have had a lot of injuries so far, fingers crossed we can have a decent run for the rest of the year.

The Duke deserved a nomination, it was a brilliant effort. Such a shame that his infection has flared again and he required hospitalisation this week to try and get it under check. Good luck Caleb, you will be sorely missed (pardon the pun).

Thanks DD not bad for our first real hit out with six debutantes but looking forward to a bit of a lift from our more recognised players against Roos. XL exceptional first up game, Giants are a very skilled outfit and showed why they are highly fancied, their work ethic is high and they know how to make space for each other but still felt that we were a bit stiff.

Just out of curiosity KC and Demonland did we recruit any tall timber in the off season apart from TJ at Casey or is TC and Will Verrall all we have as ruck stock??

XL was surprisingly good, 22 touches, 3 marks and 6 tackles on debut was sublime.👍😁

And Judd McVee Dazzle we miss his safe hands as well. I thought that we had the better of GWS all day but they have some elite talent that just got them over the line today, Toby Greene, Cognillio and Whitfield to name three and we really missed Max in that last quarter. We loved the game just hated that last agonising minute.
