As in captain or leadership group? I seriously hope its not captain because this year he just struggled to impact games this year through actions. He had the good occasional game against Adelaide and Richmond but he was pretty poor this year. Very inconsistent. While he provides voice and direction its still not enough. Lynden Dunn would be my smokey tip for Vice Captain. At least he backs up his voice with with actions aswell.

He is not going out there and belting blokes Saty he is sticking up for his mates when they go down by getting into their faces and roughing them a bit. Big difference. Again most could take a leaf out of his book.The only stupid suspension we had this year was Dawes against Richmond and North. Other then I personally don't see it as a big issue.

Just on the Spencer topic the one thing I absolutely love about him and a fair few of his teamates should seriously take a big leaf out of his book, is that he is always in the thick of the action sticking up for his teammates when they go down. He goes in and bats for his mates and doesn't take a backward step. Remember he lost his [censored] against the cats Nab Cup when Toumpas when down and the week before he did it against Dustin Martin who was trying to rough up Daniel Cross, threw a few good ones at Warnock from the blues too.. He just loves a good scrap. That game against Brisbane when Pedersen got dropped and no one ran in to stick up for him was one of the most disgraceful act I have seen the club dished up this year. Hopefully that will be the last we see of that.

Zac played majority of his football as a backman who can go through the midfield. So wouldn't say he is a midfielder first and foremost. He also provides a bit of dash aswell something we lack. If we got Zac wouldn't pencil him straight away as a midfielder even though he has shown he is more then capable to be a top line midfielder, he is just as good running off half back.

Loving the look of Big Spencer. Does have some serious serious size on him. Been very critical of big Jake but I really do hope he makes it. If Roosy rates him that highly to give him a two year contract then im all for it.

Funny story was talking to a young fella who was traveling up and playing footy up this way. He played Stingrays with Zac. Apparently he interviewed so well at the draft with all clubs except Collingwood. He was straight up and told them that they were the last club he would want to play for due to their supporters after what they did to this dad couple of years ago, he and the family haven't forgotten about it and were promised by the Collingwood footy club something would be done about these maggots and to this day are still waiting ... Hates them with an absolute passion and he defiantly made sure that they knew about it too. Wouldn't want to mess with all three Jones brothers now. Apparently Young Zac can seriously throw a few.

He was alright in that game not. But watch his GWS game at the G next time. He was absolutely soft and weak. And his second half of the year like the team was horrendous.Watts still has a long way to go to close that gap. Atm if guys like Newton, Salem, Michie , Toumpas start of the year real strongly Watts will find the half forward role difficult to fit in. He wont be fit enough to play in the midfield for the first half of the year due to no pre season so he will be playing alot of catch up footy.
