KC can you tell me more about Tom Muir? I believe we got him from Glenelg as a forward but has now been playing a midfield role. I watched him the other week and his skill stood out and the fact he was quite versitile and agile for his size. Is he a chance to be rookied at the end of the year? He is the proto type midfielder of 192cm tall and an run all day. If their was one Casey player id love to rookie it would be him.

Oh the wiz.. He was my all time favorite player and still to this day aswell. I use to run around in junior footy calling myself Jeff Farmer. I wish he stayed at the dees we would have been so successful during the mid 2000s if he hung around. He just played his best footy when he was a dee. To this day he regrets going to Freo and that club have snubbed him since retirement while the Melbournefc have stayed in contact with. Farmer hold the club to his heart much higher then Freo. Infact i would put alot of money he would want his kids playing for the dees instead of Freo.

I reckon if any of the off field stuff never happened we would all be talking about "that game he kicked 10 goals" Don't know what game it was but i remember in the first half he exploded and kicked 4 goals before half time. The Peter Matera was probably the biggest hit.. At the end of 97 he verbally agreed to joining us and I remember he basically said he was looking forward to getting stuck into pre season and all. And Jack Watts has? Over 100 games and we are dtill crying out for him to win one bloody hard ball. Going by that assessment Watts sIs VFL standard only. And its obvious you don't watch Viv play at all. Go back to the Richmond game and you will see Viv win numerous of ones on ones and impact the contest hard. Viv is a good player but is getting hard done by the Selection committee. I shake my head again when Viv gets dropped after one game yet softcocks like Watts and Howe are given a fair go after weeks of horrible performance.

I think Michie and Riley add good depth until the likes of Petracca and Brayshaw really start to hit their straps.Infact personally i think Viv has been very stiff now to play alot more games this year..

Glad to hear that ANB had a blinder today. He has been building some solid over the last couple of weeks. Remember watching him against Sandy and i thought he was our best player on the day with Michie. In windy conditions he was so clean with the ball and was really aggressive as well. Part of me wants him to debut next week but also another part says leave to develop at Casey. We saw last year when Salem had a 32 disposal game and debut the week after so who knows? Thoughts?

Baffling selections. Probably the worst of the year. How the hell Watts and Jones keep their spot ahead of Grimes is completely and utterly disgraceful. Even i would rather a half fit Tyson then Matt Jones. I reckon Grimes will be absolutely filthy when softcocks like Watts and Howe are continuing being gifted games and putting in half ass efforts while Grimes who busts his ass every week gets bent over. What a joke.

They just made a fool out of you and beat a side thats won 9 in a row and right on their home turf.Who cares if they are beating those sides. Atleast they are winning. Taking the game on with quick ball movement. None of this kick backwards or sideways to slow the play down.. they were daring tonight and i enjoyed watching them. I would still take their performance over ours this year.
