GAMEDAY: Rd 07 vs Richmond
We've tried to milk the game at the start of the last quarter. Disappointing

GAMEDAY: Rd 07 vs Richmond
I'm looking and pointing the finger at our senior players. Petracca, Oliver, Fritsch, Salem and Viney.. seriously you lot, make a bloody statement and pretend you actually care! I'm so off Oliver it's not funny. If he's not subbed out tonight then he's got to be dropped next week for sure. I like Caleb Windsor, but my good he's an absolute ball butcher. He's right on Sam Frost levels in terms of ball use.

KOZZY A DEMON FOR LIFE!!!
Exactly. Said the exact same thing about Jackson and Hogan as well when they were coming out of contract.

CASEY: Rd 05 vs Richmond
Jefferson is so far behind AFL level. AJ had a monster game as a forward and could have easily kicked 6 or 7 goals. He's way ahead of Jefferdon that it's now starting to become a real worry on whethwr he'llmake it or not. He genuine just lacks intensity compared to AJ who really stamped his authority with his physical presence and marking. Bonner is way too good for this level. Loved Kynan Browns game. Would prefer him to bloody Harry Sharp who's an absolute crab. Kentfield is worth keeping a close eye on this new position change down in defence. He certainly looks so much more comfortable down back then forward. Adams is also close to a debut game as is Sestan. Mentha certainly has talent but is raw still. Reminds me so much of Toby Brdford in his first year at AFL level where he showed so much glimpses but just needed that full year of professional development. Mitch Hardie was also very solid.

Toby Sinnema
Was named in Vic Country trial game against Metro last week. #11 Toby Sinnema (Dandenong Stingrays) Wing | 180cm | 11/12/2007 Melbourne NGA Sinnema put his running game on show, playing the wing role expertly to rack up plenty of outside possessions. He utilised the expanses of Avalon Airport Oval to hold his width and provide an outlet from the contest or in transitional kick-mark play. He often looked to move the ball on quickly and wasn’t afraid to go long on his favoured left foot. In a particularly productive first half, the Melbourne NGA hopeful dropped back to help bring fluency to his side’s forays forward.

The Marcus Prasad Thread
Write up from his Vic Country trial game last week where he was named in the best. Still a bottom age prospect but is certainly top 20 even top 15 calculations for the 2026 draft. #7 Marcus Prasad (Dandenong Stingrays) Small Forward | 167cm | 23/03/2008 Energetic is usually an apt descriptor of Prasad, and it proved as much again as he darted his way around Country’s forward half. The diminutive bottom-ager was most often sighted hitting up outside attacking 50, proving a key link in the chain en route to goal. He swooped on ground balls and looked to be creative by foot, also snapping a classic crumbing goal during the third quarter.

Max Gawn shanks left - AGAIN
I'm with you on this. As a captain when it's your turn to impact the scoreboard at a crucial time of the game you've simply got to kick those simple ones. This isn't a one off by Gawn, this has been repetitive for so long now. I don't mean to be critical of his game because he really did play a fantastic game but for gods sake it only takes some small but yet so crucial to really undo all the good work the team puts in. Thank christ for Langford though.. kids is going to be a big game winner in years to come. Can tell he'll stand up in those big moments.

Dominated. Was easily one of their best players.

PREGAME: Rd 07 vs Richmond
I'd get Fritsch in straight away. Some players are just too good to leave out for too long and he's one of them. If Melksham is under an injury cloud then it's an easy choice for me.

POSTGAME: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
He was still doing 100% game time as of this year still.

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
That's way too young on Kolt. At least let him consolidate and gain experience at AFL level before we start burdening him with leadership roles. We're not going down the Trengove/Grimes track again.

POSTGAME: Rd 06 vs Fremantle
In fairness to Underwood, Jack Reiwoldt was just as worse. Got a bunch of names wrong and is generally just a nails to the chalk board to listen too. For a guy that's fresh out of the game he's genuinely one of the worst commentators going around. The fact that he's also main host of On the Couch, sums of today's media landscape. That use to be one of my most favourite footy show going around but I refuse to watch it now with him on there.

Time to give Howes a fair go
I've been a staunch Howes supporter from the moment he was drafted. I personally didn't think he was the right inclusion for May this week but he had a huge job on Amiss after half time after Turner went down and thought he held up his end of the bargain. I still would like to see him being played up forward eventually as thats pretty much the reason he was so highly rated being a floating high half forward. If he does stay back, I see him turning out similar to Zac Guthrie.

CASEY: Rd 04 vs UWS Giants
Exactly. He wasn't dropped because he hasn't a 'niggle' Simple case of being out of form really and nothing else.
