I agree i think we just have to take him on face value with his battle of depression. I have two cousins in the AFL at interstate clubs who have mentioned there are alot of players who struggle with anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses. This is why some turn to alchol and drugs.. Its the people like Mitch Clark and Simon Hogan who are willing stand up publicly and admit confess their problems.

Lets remember he played on a 187cm Kyle Cheney and a rookie ruckman in Rory O Brien who was playing Calder Cannons.. Just found out that it was 1 year today that Dean Bailey passed away. He had his faults but i was one of a few that had alot of respect for the man. His son posted a photo on instagram of him in his last days looking very frail and sick and made me sad. Thoughts go out to his family.

Man thats sad to hear. Just shows the kid puts enormous pressure on himself and sometimes you can see that on field. As much as Roosy and the coaching staff try and ease the expectations on these kids it would be difficult for Toump to take that on board especially when he hears some of our idiot supporters who get on social media and twitter and say that we should have taken Wines instead of him. And he cant control what happened. The Toump has my support all along and will never lose faith in him. I can see the determination and talent there it just all needs to click.

Then a good opportunity for him.Im a big fitzy fan and i still see great potential in him. Just hope he fires up..

Its obviously the club still has a long way to in terms of off field interaction with supporters. Its good that they apologized but Its just not good enough from a professional organization. Lucky i didn't make the trip down.

I was going to do the 3 hour drive down and spend the day in Melbourne.Lucky i didn't make it. And to the people saying that supporters complaining are over the top? Go and get stuffed! We toss money year after year into this footy club. We expect a little decency respect back. At the end of the day its the supporters money that keeps this club going. Its no wonder PJ says theres about 2000 supporters refusing to sign up because its the simple thing things that this club cant get right.
