You don't give up 1st rounders for a bloke thats going to be 28 next year who is known to be inconsistent. You have to take age factor and form into it as well stuie. Brisbane fans were screaming for him to be dropped this year. You keep your 1st rounders for players in the ilk of Wines, Dylan Shiel, Rory Lobb, Peter Wright types that will all come out of contract either next year or so. These are the type of players that will be able to still give us a good 6-8 years of solid service. Not for someone thats going to be 28 next year on inconsistent form and probably has 2 years left.
