  1. You said last year Luke Dunstan was so overated and we should steer clear from him. Cant take you serious at all when your trying to identify a young players ability after that.
  2. Trelor doesn't like Roos.
  3. Crack the sh its
  4. Said it before Petracca and Brayshaw with hopefully pick 3 and 4 would set our midfield up for the next 10 years. Add Billy stretch to that mix and it would be a super draft for us. The rest of the picks I would use on talls and maybe a small zippy forward.
  5. If Farmer had stayed at the Dees we would have won a flag or atleast got into another Grand Final. Played his best footy with us. Freo snubbed him as soon as he retired. They dont even invite him to their functions at all.

One of my all time favorite players even to this day. How good is it to see this cheeky fella playing in the legends game. Hope he turns it on tonight. I remember that 9 second half goals against Collingwood like yesterday. One of the best half I have ever seen from an individual AFL player! Love ya Wiz!
  7. Im loving the sound of Christian Peccera of whatever his name is. Big solid midfielder typer that Roosy loves and from Beverly Hills aswell. Same club as Roosy.

The problem McDonald has is he needs to know his limitations. Too many times he tries to run around or take an opponent on too much. If its not that its trying to be too cute with his kicking. But unfortunately we dont have the dashing half back flanker with sizzling skills to feed it off too. Haven't had one since Aaron Davey use to play there and set us up.

Anyone reckon James Sellar was actually quite handy when he played in defense for us?

Mewnt to have pace?? First I have heard of this.. Mcdonald has never been quick mate.
  11. Absolute rubbish.Averaging 22 disposals 1 less then Tyson and 5 tackles a game this year which is 3 more then his mate. Would compliment our young impressive midfield just perfectly.
  12. That would be a massive get. Im not surprised though. Dom Tyson lived with him and still keep a solid relationship via twitter and instergram
  13. I am eating humble pie. Absolutely amazing turn around for this bloke. Just shows his work and dedication is finally paying off. Well done nev you are now officially in my best 22 and a very important member in our side. I thought today I was seeing Mathew Whelan out there again at times.. must get my eyes checked.
  14. Keeps his form like this and he will be a smoky All Australian.
  15. Any update on Billy?
  16. Wrong Barrett was already off the show once Tyson came.
  17. Looking forward to hearing about billy stretch playing well.
  18. Hawthorn rated Salem a top 3 prospect. Massive steal for us in Getting both Dom and Christian.
  19. Disagree, infact nothing like Stanton. Reminds me more of stokes and Stevei Motlop. Has good speed and wins alot of the ball which is something I thought JKH couldnt do so he has surprised me there.A touch of class this kid.
  20. Cannyou imagine after 100
  21. A mix between Steven Motlop and Matthew Stokes. All class.

Our midfield was still well on top that night. It was the no option up forward that cost us.

I think the slight mistake Roos made with Watts was trying to turn him into a midfielder. Sure we were low on mids but beside his first game our midfield has been quite good and he really hasn't had that much of an impact. I just last year he really was starting to hit some big straps as a forward and I thought with the form he was hitting towards the end of the year he could hopefully take that into Pre Season and train full time as a forward and atleast bulk up a bit instead of trimming like he did this summer. I do understand what Roos was trying to do with him in regards to becoming a mid but I thought his form as a forward was just too good to ignore. Too many times Watts has been moved around too much and against St Kilda it would have been handy to have Watts up forward full time. We did draft him as a forward and I trully believe thats his best spot. A couple of times last year him and Dawes really worked well together.
  24. My mistake RTG. I do hope he becomes a good player but im still very confused why we didnt pick Honeychurch or Templeton.
