  1. You do realise Mitch Brown has kicked 5.9 this year in the VFL right.
  2. Our leaders were poor tonight. The Oliver reaction when Spargo marked in front of him was one of the most poorest thing I've seen from a Melbourne player in a long time. Oh, while I'm on Oliver, good to see him was still dishing up those pathetic dinky handballs over the head crap. [censored] peanut
  3. He genuinely just gets so nervous trying to pick up the ball. Almost like an anxiety thing. Stark contrast to Charlie Spargo who is one of our most cleanest player going around.
  4. Yeah ANB has been poor hasn't he. I'm sure he's doing good defensive stuff that coaches love, but he genuinely just hesitates a d fumbles more then I've ever seen in a player. I'd drop him in a heart beat but have no idea who'd I'd bring in for him.
  5. We just signed him up to 5 years. Club wouldn't have the balls to trade him.
  6. Argh.. Matthew Lloyd was rejected by St Kilda when Max King reached out to him for help around his goal kicking. Surely the club reaches out to Lloydy and ask the question? Can't be missing simple shots come finals.
  7. My god Viney is an absolute mess of a footballer. People saying that he'll get dropped are kidding themselves. Goody absolutely loves him and he's just picked up 32 of the most useless stats ever. So they'll look at that as a win. To think the club signed him up for 5 years.. Luke Jackson needs a serious spell. Love the kid but he's done nothing for about a month and while he's ruck work is good he's a wasted space up forward. I'd bring Weideman/Daw or if we need to go bit smaller then bring in Melksham.
  8. Haven't kicked more goals then points since the Brisbane game. That was 7 weeks ago. Had Brayshaw kicked that goal in the last we win. Simple huh? How are 24/7 fully professional AFL players missing simple goals every single week? Whoever is attempting to teach our blokes to kick goals is doing a horrible job and it's cost us games this year.
  9. 60 tackles to 81 there way. They wanted it more, whereas we thought it was going to happen.
  10. What a genuine putrid performance. There was 0 positives out of tonight's game. Club drank its bath water during the week thinking this was going to be a walk in the park. Petracca said last week we had our hunger and drive back. I then see at half time that him and Oliver are having a giggle and laugh at half time. Knew straight away that their minds were elsewhere. Our mental fragility still lurks in the background. We don't deserve to be sitting on top.
  11. This is genuinely pathetic
  12. Viney is a liability. Midfield mix was well balanced when he was not playing and Harmes was the tagged. To think we have 5 years of Viney rubbish..
  13. Good God this is a woeful game.
  14. Defence more interested in trying to get the cheap mark then defend. Poor poor performance
  15. Vanders playing well. Viney playing like an absolute crab.
  16. Don't know if it's pouring in Melbourne, but I'm guessing these weather conditions will suit Vandenberg.

We've probably had Mac since he was 14-15 in our junior academy system. Last year he trained a couple of times with the club in the off season, as did all our other current academy players like Kobi George and Ryan Koo Kwet Kim from Dandenong Stringrays. Unfortunately due to the new rule change, we are about to lose a gun player that we've helped support and provide great training resources since 15 years of age to a click of a finger. Go figure.
  18. His name is Max, not Jay.

Grundy had attitude problems that scared clubs, he's even been on record to say this himself. He was also was rated a genuine top 5-10 pick in all of his draft year. It's not still not going to stop clubs Jack. Clubs are putting a premium on ruckman because they want the next prototype Luke Jackson who can do the things he can around the contest. Clubs like to have at least 4 ruckman on their list. That's exactly what Mac Andrew is capable of. History will say that the kids who sky rocket up the draft charts are the ones who stand in the big games like state champions, finals etc. Right now he's taking all the right steps so far in staying in good form.

Jack, he ain't coming to us. He's highly rated within recruiters and clubs, and will easily go top 15 on form. Time to let it go mate..
  21. I agree. Watching Naughton is like watching a young Wayne Carey all over again. Still only 21 years of age, built like a brick ****house and crashes packs like not other. Hes one of the best young key forwards in the if not already one of the best going around. It's mental he's doing this so young still.
  22. Michelle is a really lovely lady. Got to know her when Clarry was doing bushies (Murray Bushrangers) The sacrifices that lady went through to get Oliver to the position he got to in being drafted is phenomenal.
  23. 100% it always happens. Had a good mate of mine who recently retired last year from a big Melbourne club. Catch up for our annual Christmas cricket bash and couple of beers couple 3 years ago and he was bragging how he was shagging this 17 year old bird from Melbourne Girls Grammer School. Meanwhile he was recently engaged (and now married) Think of Jake Stringer.

His stats at VFL level are again, nothing to write home again if he's playing as a mid. Honestly who does he actually replace?

Outstanding player is a bit of a stretch.. His last AFL game against Freo last year wasn't exactly anything to write home about and with 6 AFL games left in the season I would think he's in real trouble to retain his spot on the list for next year.
