People can still say all they want that these comments from media people have no idea what's going on, but there's now enough jungle drums beating and it seems fairly certain he's gone. You do wonder how this effects the morale in the team. Could it be a distraction or are they able to just brush it off mentally.

Eek... Would have been happy with the Weideman/Brown combo but Weideman as the sole key forward doesn't fill me with much confidence at all unfortunately.

Well then they shouldn't haven't offered him a 2 year deal last year because they're stuck with him for another year.
