  1. You're going to get these kind of inconsistencies in all young key forwards.. In fact Jamarra has kicked 17 goals from 14 games. Johnson 10 goals from 4 games. That to me shows they're so far this year they're showing some good consistency in their games.
  2. And the few attempts they get it so happen to be against one of the best defence in the league. You're under selling Jamarra's performance. Kid has just turned 20, in his 2nd year of AFL and kicked 5 against Tonlinson/Petty. The growth in Ugle Hagan is enormous.
  3. Unfortunately not mate, just pinning my hopes on what was said on here.
  4. Aaron Naughton wants to come to us??
  5. I would think the fact he's actually gone out of his way to wanting to sit down and chat points that he's opened to the thought or playing with us.
  6. Max Gawn talked up Moniz Wakefield big time on Gus and Gawny. The vibe I got from Gawn was out of the trio signed up, Moniz Wakefield was the one he was most excited about.
  7. I'd easily have Bowey back. But I'd rather him playing his natural position we drafted him for and that was that half forward/wing role.
  8. Hard to judge considering he actually barely played there when he was at Collingwood due to being the number 1 ruckman. But going off these small highlights it certainly shows he is more then capable of doing some damage up forward with his contested marking. Clean grabs and and a far more accurate kick for goal then Gawn.
  9. No they genuinely need a ruck.
  10. Jackson he did kick 16 goals last year in just his 2nd year of AFL footy. That's more then Grundy ever has in any season.
  11. And he goes bang with another...!
  12. Me personally, I think it'll be Harmes.
  13. I miss Deeluded. Couldn't write a sentence to save himself but..
  14. Watched some vision of his from the weekends game. I think you have summed it up well. His speed and attack on the footy is impressive for an under-ager. I dont think he's a first rounder for next year but he's certainly an early to mid 2nd rounder in my opinion. He form in the NAB League as an under-age is actually pretty impressive and I think with another pre season under his belt and exposure through the Vic Metro will potentially push him up the charts. Next year he'll play a more permanent midfield role as this year he's had a mix of more half forward and midfield due to someone the big names that's playing there this year. The way he moves and zips around reminds me of Josh Daicos.
  15. Haha not bad by you @Demonstone
  16. I expect us to beat Carlton and Brisbane without hesitation. It doesn’t have to be a thumping or anything special, just get the win. Carlton are checked out and Brisbane I just simply don't rate at all. Get the job done lads..
  17. That wasn't really the question. He's talking about the form this time of the year similarly to Richmond’s in each of their premiership year. Richmond's form in each premiership year and even 2018 far outweighs ours this year alone. Their 2018 is already far better then what we've dished up this year. Their home and away season they only lost 4 games before getting shell shocked in the preliminary final. In 2018 they also had top 4 locked in from about round 12 onwards. As it stands, we're no where near a lock for even top 4 this year. Lets get that sewn up first before we even start talking flags this year.
  18. Jesus christ this is depressing. We're paying how much exactly for Oliver and Petracca to be one of the worst ball users going inside 50's? Unbelievable. The Sparrow one is not one bit surprising. All he ever does is continually blaze away with zero awareness in front of him. It's like watching Brent Moloney all over again. We've missed our opportunity this year to get in cleaner ball users like Laurie and Chandler in cleaning this up a bit better. Instead we're stuck with guys like Sparrow who have been in poor form for a number of weeks and adding absolutely nothing to the team going forward.
  19. No. In each premiership year, their back half of the going into finals was incredibly strong going into each finals series. There is no parallels to draw off.
  20. No I'm not suggesting we should look at him but Kane Cornes thinks otherwise.
