Nah Chandler has been in good form all summer even in the practice game. It's Sparrow for me. If he has another nothing game then I'm sorry, he's my immediate out for Pickett when available.

His athletic ability would be such a weapon for our team but unfortunately we just barely see it due to injury. Feel for him and fingers crossed he can get a good run at it.

To be honest Titan I'm still questioning why we even gave him an extended 2 year deal at the end of last year. I have no faith his body can hold up to the rigours of AFL.

We saw glimpse of Watts potential at the back end of of his career at the Dees especially where our environment and culture was on the up. Makes you wonder what he's ceiling would have been had he arrived during this period. The guy had enormous talent that unfortunately we never saw reach its peak.

I'm fine with this. There is honestly no rush in getting these guys back. Take all the time they need so that it sets them up well for the year.

No yet. But I'm sure there will be more talk once the season gets under way, especially the state championships which I'm sure Kalani will feature hopefully. I will say though that when I watched him in the under 15's state championships in Lavington last year he was towering over his old man who was listed at 195cm during his playing career. I'd be confident to say that I wouldn't be surprised if Kalani was close to tipping the 200cm mark and that's him being only 15 at the time!

Not entirely sure. Pur fitness program would have played a bigger role. I was more talking about the off season when he was in Perth. Jacko took his fitness levels pretty serious and I think that set himself up well for the season.

I'm not entirely sure the reason why they went for Jaeger O' Meara in the off season. 29 year old who's banged up with knee issues and he looked pretty underwhelming on the weekend with only the 19 touches. Just on Jackson regarding fitness. Jackson use to source out a pretty popular PT guru in Perth by the name of Bodymajic. The guy that runs that works with several other AFL Perth based players and was the key catalyst for setting up Jacko's fitness levels heading into the 2021 season. Since he's moved back to perth I didn't see much footage of Jacko on the instagram page which probably means he stopped going. Could be the reason why he looked sluggish on the weekend.

Just an update on Kynan Brown and a little bit of Noah Yze. A contact within Murray bushrangers attended the Oakleigh Chargers practice match on the weekend against Sandringham. He's an opposition club scout. His opinion was he thought Kynan was close to BOG for the chargers playing as a midfielder. Was quite impressive around the stoppages and showed a high level of grunt and speed as well. He reckons he'll push himself into top 20 draft calculations if he keeps this form consistent all year. Noah Yze also played as a bottom ager and he reckons he showed some really exciting traits and little bit of X factor at times throughout the game. Played forward majority of the game and he reckons he's a genuine watch for 2024.

I remember seeing vision of McDonald and Goodwin in what looked like a serious discussion after the match to which McDonald and Goody both looked down towards his foot.

He's not spending the full two weeks in Adelaide...
