I’m not bagging him but I don’t think he has shown enough to get a game in front of anyone in our current team. Do you think he is ready to play AFL?

Based on that he has done nothing at VFL level to suggest he is ready for the AFL. Hunts speed and pressure bring so much more to the team than what Bowey can.

Not a bad thing, giving him a rest. Gawn can ruck 90%, T Mac the other 10% and bring in the Weed.

What game did you watch mate? Harmes was brilliant!

We have very good midfield depth. Oliver | Trac | Jordan | Harmes | Brayshaw | Jones | Sparrow | Pickett | Viney | Baker | Langdon granted some aren’t A graders but there is coverage there. I think Melksham could also play midfield if required as could someone like Chandler.

Harmes by all reports had a great pre-season and unfortunately got hurt. I’m happy with Harmes in and he played a very good 2nd half for Casey

I agree if you see his game game time this year it hovers around 60-70%

Sparrow has not shown enough when playing seniors to be picked above Harmes. Harmes offer so much more as on baller / tagged / forward.
