Surely the players take responsibility for not coming back in the shape. I’m sure they were given clear instructions on what they needed to do. The clubs don’t need to baby the players, they are professional athletes. This falls on the players. In saying that I don’t think the story is 100% accurate. Roos has had an agenda for a long time about having more access to players and this just gave him another opportunity to push this point.

A month ago everyone was lauding the fact we traded him due to his off field issues. Now he plays one good game, May is injured and we are going bad and it’s the worst trade in history. Talk about jumping at shadows.

Surely he doesn’t have skin fold issues. I think maybe he just pushed the weights to much over the off season.. Just seems odd based on how good he looked through the praccy and jlt matches.

Does anybody think Trac is carrying an injury. The reports from the pre-season was that he was flying and was spending considerable time in the midfield through the Practice matches and JLT. Now into the season, he doesn’t seem to be going anywhere near the midfield.

Surely the Wagners won’t be dropped. They have been serviceable, Corey laid 6 tackles and at least has some speed around the ball.
