  1. Taylor indicated that they will back Gawn in so we don't seem to be after ruckman only midfield depth and small forwards we will be looking at.
  2. http://www.afl.com.au/video/2017-01-19/adam-sambono-highlights What about this bloke?
  3. Now trading is over it's time for the draft. Who will get with picks 29, 31, 36 and 47? Taylor said we will be looking for midfield depth and small forwards. Who will we target? Thoughts?
  4. If no Watts is going to cause us to go backwards then we have massive problems. Finished 21st in the B&F that says it all, he's not consistent and that was his down fall. Good luck Jack I just hope you don't play a blinder against us.
  5. B: JETTA, FROST, LEVER HB: HIBBERD, O.MCDONALD, LEWIS C: PETRACCA, OLIVER, HUNT HF: MELKSHAM, T.MCDONALD, NEAL-BULLEN F: GARLETT, HOGAN, HANNAN FOLL: GAWN, JONES, VINEY IC: TYSON, VINCE, SALEM, MAYNARD CASEY B: MCKENNA, GARLAND, J.SMITH HB: WAGNER, KEILTY, DRAFT PICK C: STRETCH, HARMES, BALIC HF: KENT, PEDERSEN, VANDENBERG F: T,SMITH, WEIDEMAN, BUGG FOLL: KING, BRAYSHAW, KENNEDY-HARRIS IC: FILIPOVIC, DRAFT PICK, DRAFT PICK, JOHNSTONE
  6. It will be interesting to see where Watts finishes in the b&f. I doubt he will be in the top 10.
  7. I'm surprised that he has elite pressure acts. He must have done something really bad in the pre season to cop the flack he's getting from Goodwin.
  8. Johnstone was useless at Brisbane and Woewodin was useless at Collingwood. Powell to St.Kilda and Jolly to Sydney hurt us. Watts is barely in our best 22 and your acting like he is a star.
  9. Overreact all you like I won't lose any sleep over a player that has 1 good year out of 9. I trust Goodwin more than I'll ever trust Watts.
  10. Watts won't be the difference between winning or losing a premiership. He's clearly a poor trainer. Pressure wins premierships, and Watts has never been good at pressure acts. That's how an ordinary side like Richmond won it. Pressure, pressure, pressure that's what it's all about and Watts doesn't do it.
  11. Who have Port got that we would be interested in? Pittard?
  12. HF: WATTS, WALKER, LYNCH F: BETTS, JENKINS, CAMERON Watts can fit into that forward line.
  13. Why can't it be as simple as Watts and pick 10? Why does there need to be multiple trades?
  14. If we can't get Lever should we target Michael Newton? Was BOG kicking 8 goals for Wang in the Granny.
  15. You have only done a best 18 not 22. Melbourne B: HIBBERD, O.MCDONALD, JETTA HB: HUNT, LEVER, LEWIS C: PETRACCA, OLIVER, BRAYSHAW HF: MELKSHAM, T,MCDONALD, NEAL-BULLEN F: GARLETT, HOGAN, HANNAN FOLL: GAWN, JONES, VINEY IC: TYSON, VINCE, VANDENBERG, MAYNARD Casey B; GARLAND, FROST, MCKENNA HB: WAGNER, KEILTY, J.SMITH C: STRETCH, HARMES, BUGG HF: KENT, PEDERSEN, WATTS F: T.SMITH, WEIDEMAN, KENNEDY FOLL: KING, SALEM, KENNEDY-HARRIS IC: FILIPOVIC, JOHNSTONE I expect Watts to be traded and Kennedy to be delisted. Kent traded for Lang. Frost, Harmes, Pedersen and Salem are our depth the rest are either developing or list cloggers. I'm not sure how we get Gaff to the club, Watts is the only player worth something and I would trade him for Lever. Vandenberg to replace Watts and Maynard has to be in the seniors after getting 18 clearances against the Tigers that must be close to some kind of record.
  16. To make way for Stringer, Ablett and a couple of more players. They also mentioned that Motlop is on the way out.
  17. In the paper it said Lang was on the move. Any interest? Someone posted that Geelong was the 3rd team Melbourne talking to. Is he the player? He played well last night.
  18. Robbo's a muppet. I think he worth an early 2nd round pick.
  19. I wouldn't say he had a good year he got dropped for a reason, too laconic at times like Watts. I'd like to see him get fitter so he can go through the middle more. Not sure if he is best 22, he shouldn't be traded though.
