  1. Nice joke
  2. rubbish
  3. He like Petty isn't a forward and he is suffering because it especially when you consider Howes gets a game down back talk about a player that won't make it. He and Laurie have showed nothing and I'm losing patience with Bowey and Woewodin.
  4. Ben King is an absolute star. Max hasn't come on unfortunately I think he will show it against us on the weekend especially if May doesn't play. Ridiculous to say this is make or break for Jefferson he has at least to 2027 to find his feet.
  5. The boot studder is a disgrace couldn't get the grass out of their stops.
  6. We haven't got rid of all our assistants we still have Chaplin. I wonder if Horse could get Stevie J to coach our forward line. Ex Sydney assistant.
  7. Yes I do. I think he could reinvigorate the whole side, including the one's that are disillusioned with the club and only stayed because of Goodwin like Clarry, Kossie and Trac.
  8. Nah just Chaplin. Jones and Bassett are safe because they are new and at least they played the position they are coaching. I'm old skool the coach has to play that position to coach it for some reason it has changed and I don't like it.
  9. You have to be kidding he was a disaster at Brisbane. Like Voss and Brad Scott they won't learn from their mistakes. Personally I would hold onto Goodwin if there wasn't a suitable candidate like Longmire. A reject coach or a new coach wouldn't be suitable for us. A coach that has been there done that is what we should be after like Longmire and what Norf did with Clarkson.
  10. Leppitsch started as a forward but I don't know who Davis is. My honest opinion on coaches is most of them aren't worth a pinch of salt. It's the players, but you can't sack 18 players for woeful performances like the one against Norf but you can sack the one coach. Saying that Mitchell has got Hawthorn performing I don't think they have a better list than us but they are playing a whole lot better than us. I'm not saying Goodwin is a bad coach I'm saying coaches have time limits and he has got the best out of us he won a premiership, but like Clarkson and Longmire he can no longer get the best out of us. Change is inevitable I just hope we don't hold on to him and let slip a perfect candidate in Longmire.
  11. Why on earth is he the forwards coach? Never played forward in his life. I can't believe we can't find a forwards coach that played as a forward. He will end Goodwin's career, no wonder Fritsch, Turner and van Rooyen look clueless out there you can't teach something you have never experienced.
  12. I'm prepared to see Clarry go. I think he's peaked and will never get back to his best from a couple of years ago. Kossie I would like to keep but if his hearts not in it he can go. We can't afford to keep players that don't want to be there. Why wouldn't they want to play under Longmire one of the most repected coaches in the comp?
  13. It's got to be finals or bust for Goodwin. 8 to 10 wins is a bust for me. He's taken them as far as he can and it's time for a fresh face.
  14. I think it should be end of the season. Goodwin deserves that he won us a premiership and it just gives the interim coach false hope. Longmire is our man and Goodwin should see out the year. I tell you who else should go? Chaplin been around forever and is our forwards coach. When the hell has he been a forward? He's teaching the like of Turner and van Rooyen forward craft when he has never been a forward. Our forward line has been a weakness forever and we refuse to pick up a forward coach that has actually played as a forward. BAZAAR
  15. He lost the players last year. We finished 14th and we are bottom 4 ATM.
  16. They have both done nothing up forward, time to see what they do down back. Play May and Petty forward. We have nothing up forward it's our major weakness. Fritsch has gone AWOL and van Rooyen and Turner are both young and seem to be natural backmen. Good idea or do we allow Goody to take us even further backwards?
  17. Goody stuffed up by backing Oliver. Oliver has caused turmoil at the club and the club is not over it. We have more than stagnated we have gone backwards under Goodwin. You can't go backwards with a coach you have to go forwards. That's why we must be after Longmire.

  22. If he’s not fit enough to play out the game he shouldn’t be playing making him the sub would make him less fit I bet he starts
  23. Is Hardie injured? Missed out on Kirkwood-Scott, Doultree, Lewis, and Craven as the 23rd man. Peters emergency so my team was pretty close and obviously Langford replaces Woewodin.
  24. Surely Woewodin will be the sub. Rivers to play down back.
