I still have the thought that the gawndy experient is not over yet I think that Max will play around the ground and behind the ball and Grundy will take the CB with his leap and ground ball skills. It would be good if grundy was leading to may on the other flank opposite Max If we bomb the ball inside 50 we will be wasting our opprtunities even with TMAC as an inclusion. It seems to me that our tall forwards are bringing the ball to ground. I dont have a problem with that with grundy up forward. The collingwood game showed us how it could work. Max to work behind the ball. Grundy swapping in the ruck and forward. If anything the time at vfl would be practice for blocking and a possible training block to prepare for finals

If the goal of our forwards in the ones is to bring the ball to ground then i dont see an issue with Grundy playing forward. He has taken marks and kicked a few goals at the level.
