Problem is the way the game is now being played, and where I see it going with concussion issues, bulls won't be as important. It's now more about speed and kicking skills than anything else. Contested possessions aren't as important as they once were.

Hi all. I have run a Demonland Supercoach league the past two seasons and we currently have 14/18 teams registered for 2024. Good write up. The way I'm viewing Brayshaw this year is like he did an ACL, which could happen to anyone. We would have to find a replacement in that instance for the 2024 season. From 2025 on we will have the salary cap to go and find someone from another club if we feel the need. This is not diminishing the loss of Gus, which is massive. Just that every side will have to deal with some type of injury issue throughout the year.

I think Verrell needs one more year at Casey and another pre season before he will be ready for genuine seniors time. 2025 will be the beginning of the Verrall era.
