  1. Who is likely to get that forward/ruck role? Pedo or Gawn? Myself I'd be leaning to Pedo, with Dawes and Hogan there, he could really be let of the leash.
  2. To be fairly honest, the training sessions are the main reason I check out Demonland in the off season. Without them means I'd just go to the MFC website instead.
  3. The app is coming in a fortnight I believe.
  4. I'd like to see most of the players fill in for casey, a smashing (you'd hope) of a weaker team might give them a big confidence boost.
  5. Dreamteam opens this afternoon for all those wanting to know.
  6. I've been thinking about this, hypothetically if he was fully fit, where would you see him in the team? Is he an instant starter with all of the new blood or just depth? Who would be missing out? Where would he be played?
  7. I thought this last line was the best; Bombers coach James Hird yesterday said he was hopeful the provisional suspensions would be lifted _ if required _ for Essendon’s three NAB Challenge games. “It’s not really up to us. Hopefully, we will have the players to play in the NAB Cup but when the tribunal finishes, it finishes. There is not much we can do about that,” he said. “It’s not a concern for us. These guys have been dealing with it for two years and we certainly hope it will end soon. Hoping it will end soon? Stop dragging it out then!
  8. If you had assistant coach for RDT last year you can access the team picker on that site. I believe it normally opens in about a week or so. Biggest changes that I can see so far for RDT is that there are 3 bench spots for mids and only 1 bench spot for the rucks. Could make it interesting...
  9. Yeah they'd make it similar to when they finished 9th so they don't get a priority pick.
  10. I found this part pretty interesting;
  11. I'm interested if anyone know if the players that aren't caught up in this, ie Zaharakis etc; were they interviewed by ASADA also? Were questions asked along the lines of for what reasons did you say no to being injected? Would that not help the case at all?
  12. Thanks for the reports mate. Its good to be able to keep up with everything even though I live on the other side of this land.
  13. Honestly the backline is the hardest for me. Personally I think Howe needs to be there as no one marks in the backline like he does. But to fit him in with Frost, Garland and McDonald is difficult as I believe Grimes will still be good running off half back. Jetta Mcdonald Dunn Grimes Howe Lumumba Cross, Jones, Vince Watts, Pedo, Kent JKH, Hogan, Garlett Jamar, Tyson, Viney Int: M.Jones, Gawn, Garland, Petracca.
  14. Isn't it sad that we live on one play for the whole year.
  15. I think it was more seeking the best compensation possible?
  16. I'd put Jetta down as a lock aswell. He was barely beaten last year too and taking on some of the most dangerous forwards.
  17. I wouldn't be disappointed if he makes it into the team as an outside player. Good on him for working at it I say. If Roosy thinks he is good enough to be in the team then I'd back him.
  18. If there is someone that you want to have absolutely no influence on the game, thats where you would bring in Jordie. He has a huge effect on negating some of the best footballers out there, Ablett and so on.
  19. Am I the only one that thinks Howe is good for us down back? I think his intercept marks in our backline is something the team needs. There aren't any other talls that are going to mark it, Dunn does from time to time but more often that not it is a spoil. Then once its spoiled, it lets the opposition crumbing forwards have a second chance at scoring.
  20. Kind of surprised at Tyson. Definitely needs a bigger tank.
  21. I think he reminds me more of a Pendlebury. Just seems to have alot of time and is so smooth.
  22. 1 - Jones 2 - Tyson 3 - Lumumba 4 - Garlett 5 - Jamar
