    Sure I'll get howled down here - and maybe told to f-off and go find another forum... and that's great. BUT I can't help but roll my eyes at some of the trash the comes up with 13yo kid versions of club names Essendrug for example, or $hitihad Stadium.

    Now most of the posters on here can be bloody hilarious at times. (I'm not one of them) and figured some of you would have some gold. So I thought I'd get the ball rolling..(really putting myself out on a limb here).

    GWS = Demitriou's Franchise

    WCE = (methcoke is ok)

    Western Bulldogs = 2016's Flavour of the Year.

    You get the idea... feel free to add some input.

    If anyone has ever read The Fiver in The Guardian, you'll know what I mean.

    I agree a lot of the current nicknames are a struggle.  'Wet Toast', wtf?!

    I give other clubs the respect to at least say their name and hopefully get the same in return

    aside from the Drug Cheats, they can go [censored] themselves!!  :)

    You've made a few points along these lines and haven't had many responses, but I agree with you.  Structurally we have dilemmas.

    Our last 6 quarters have been very good and it's no coincidence Frost and Oscar have been the key backs with Tom playing 55% ruck and the rest of the time either forward or bench.

    With Gawn back what do we do with Tom and Pedersen.  It's logical to play Pedersen forward with stints on the ball, but Tom McDonald is a poor key forward if that's his main role.  Playing on ball and drifting forward works for him, but I doubt being positioned predominantly forward works for Tom.  And do we want a forward-line of Pedersen, Watts, and Tom McDonald when a smaller forward-line has been working so well ?

    This issue is only compounded further when Hogan is ready.

    I can't see a role for Tom McDonald forward (especially when Jesse comes back) and the last thing I want to see is the two McDonalds down back with frost.

    Thanks for response mate. Thought I was going nuts for a bit there.

    Interesting selection coming up!

  3. If Kennedy doesn't play they have the dinosaur Petrie and Darling at key talls with Vardy occasionally resting in the fwd.

    i reckon we are too tall if we have:

    watts, pedo up fwd with Gawn ruck

    and T Mac, O Mac and Frost at the back

    thoughts? Should we drop a tall? Want to make we maximise run and have some good distributors at the back

    Frost out, you are kidding.  He has been fantastic this year

    He has played well but I reckon we are too tall down back with the Macs, frost and hibbo able to play tall.

    If Kennedy doesn't play surely we drop a tall for Gawn?? Otherwise we lose some of our run

    who would you drop?

    alright you're all hilarious with your memes (good-natured tone)

    everyone bagging Frost being dropped, anyone care to say the tall they will drop? Crush O Macs confidence? Peedo is killing it. T Mac undroppable

  6. Seems like a lovely fella and a real team man. his game on the weekend was great especially the 3rd quarter.

    he is tougher than people realise and his awareness and decision making are elite

    it might be a breakout seaon but I reckon he has another level to get to with greater fitness and confidence
