Goodwin allowed the poor culture to set in & needed to nip Oliver and rest in the butt, giving him senior games after missing pre season set the rot in and why we lost Petracca, Initially thinking King should be trying to get Oliver back to his best but he’s sending a message to him your on huge $$$ so lift your game or there is the door, that’s culture setting!

What’s occurred at our club over the last 2 seasons has been diabolical and losing our premiership heroes this way with no send off is very sad, it’s a reflection of poor club mgt, not withstanding that its self inflicted by the players themselves through poor choices or egos way too big

He would have been having discussions prior to, the crows was for views only, lost a lot of respect in particular if true asking the crows for an extension to his contract, didn’t think you could do that if under contract? I wonder if he will ever walk back into the club for a premiership reunion/life member?

Reality is he’s been talking GC before this, why would you want him back he’s not invested get the right deal done …

Trac choosing GC is all bout lifestyle, with Noosa as he spends lots of time there, wants away from the AFL bubble and to focus on his brand.. Club needs to play hardball to get a player and picks and part ways asap as King needs clear air and one player cannot control the narrative & that goes for Oliver, there are 40 other players on the list, Trac is all about Trac and just seems to want to punish the club! watch the Video of him getting his 1st game from Roos,what $$ & fame do to people is sad

A man on a mission, the tail was wagging the head not anymore! King is looking long term, If Oliver or any other player is selfless they will do what the coach asks them to do. Yeah sad end our premiership players still young but it looks like this should have been done 2 years ago

I would hope so, seems like a circus like we’re throwing out the baby with the bath water, Oliver has been a knuckle head no doubt, the list managers who signed him & others to long huge contracts are still at the club making these new decisions! Were is their accountability ???

Not a great day for the club once again! Understanding change is needed but to see our premiership players going off at the airport and door stopping our new coach to discuss list mgt looks amatuerish! You don’t see this at the cats, pies, hawks etc, will This club ever learn? I’m very sceptical on this process and concern on who will be running out in the team In 26, hearing King say finals is what we aspire yet both our best mids are on the market just dosent add up! Oliver has had manny issues and perhaps at the centre of all the culture issue Trac was raising but the way it’s been handled seems so wrong

Highlights poor list mgt as long contracts bite you on the bum! Plus the AFl & PA have to agree on max contract terms eg 4 yrs. Without knowing all the facts if Oliver has been asked to change his role so be it as he’s form dosent warrant it, remember selfless not selfish all about team
