  1. afl.com says that Lewis fined $2000 for a stray elbow! Rule of the week! What is a stray elbow? The word stray is not in the rules. The word elbow is not in the rules so how can that be?
  2. So that's why people keep telling me to go to blazers!
  3. Ernie that would be a bowl of apples & oranges, it is not fruit without the banana.
  4. I think he is holding his mashie, could be his niblick. No it's his baffing spoon.
  5. Ernie, I think a Freudian slip has engaged the auto censor, tidbits may be what you were looking for. Uncle B on the other hand would no doubt be thinking TlTS
  6. Sprung cohabiting.
  7. Ah, so they die of starvation!
  8. Mark listed at 208cm but played at 120kg. Here he is with the great Andrew Gaze who waslisted at 201cm
  9. Time for a cat gif
  10. Daisy one has to draw the line somewhere, and since the operation I can be of no further assistance.
  11. Surely you jest.
  12. Whilst slumming it in the Royal entourage can you take some snaps of Lady Penelope, I think she is the hottest of the royals.
  13. I don't understand, football is being discussed here. I must be lost.
  14. That's what's wrong with his kicking, he needs it as a counter balance.
  15. Maybe we should start another thread in the footy forum.
  16. Barney, I understand that you don't like Whateley, which AFL commentators/journalists do you like?
  17. Bayshaw! Please fix the thread title. My head hurts.
  18. An impenetrable backline has never and will never exist.
  19. http://www.afl.com.au/news/2014-06-28/no-room-for-rance-moments "You don't normally watch the opposition but I was watching Nick Riewoldt – the work-rate he puts in, he just puts his (opponents) into the ground. Alex is an outstanding athlete as well but the decision-making under duress when you're tired, (he) comes a little bit undone."You've got to take the good with the bad (with Rance)." 20. My son was coached by Brendan McCarthy and I was disappointed that my son had had a few goals kicked on him. He said forwards will kick goals that's what they do, if not one another will pop up, it is the nature of the game. He was not worried that the forward had kicked a few goals at all, provided that they did not come from repeated silly mistakes. I think Oscar ticks all the boxes, I think he plays as asked and does his best. Sometimes he makes a mistake, who doesn't? Gawn makes mistakes, Hogan makes mistakes, Dangerfield makes heaps of them, they just look worse in front of the opposition goals. I think Oscar is on the way to becoming an AA defender.
  21. Apparently they have also offered jobs to Barnaby Joyce & Bronwyn Bishop to be in charge of political correctness and travel arrangements. Bomber Thompson now in charge of recruiting his first recruit is Stephen Dank, Chopper Reid was offerd a job but failed to attend the interview, Pol Pot and Adolf Hitler are expected to sign on when contracts can be exchanged. "We are looking for leaders in their field and no stone will be unturned, Attila the Hun and Idi Amin are also in our sights." Bomber said. -FMD

Bloody newcomers. They come along 34 years later and claim we copy them, bah!
  23. I liken it to being drawn to look at a car crash. As much as we known that it is wrong, it is titillating to watch the pain of the less fortunate. I think you would derive a perverse pleasure watching it. Please don't watch more than one episode, I fear it may deaden the brain.
