I think what we need is a contest and second and third efforts. Unfortunately Brown doesn't offer much if he's not marking the ball and last week he had zero marks in the F50.

We don't want Grundy to go unless we get a Godfather deal, because if Grundy goes Collingwood save $$$$$$$$.

Our recruitment team are one of the best in the league.

Brown, Tomlinson, Harmes & Laurie are contracted so they'd need to be traded or paid out.

Your opinion not mine. It's not bizarre at all. Brown is not performing. Smith can take a contested mark whereas Brown goes up with one arm half the time. Perhaps you should go to the game and watch it live.

Yep. He has an enormous vertical leap and will at least contest. Sure Brown is a very accurate kick, but he didn't take one mark in the F50 whereas Smith took one as soon as he got into position. Can't play on rep, must select on form.

Brown had a lot of opportunities but couldn't mark even when he was one on one. He was a liability, had he not been subbed off we would've lost.

Disappointing that Smith wasn't on at the start of the 4th. We lost our 4 goal buffer in the first 5 mins, before belatedly taking Brown off who was ineffectual. It was a very slow reaction and we can't afford to let the foot off the pedal in a final. We need to be more professional, Brown was the obvious change as Smith could play his role and mark, which he did as soon as he came on. Smith contested, Brown could not.

He didn't take a mark in the forward 50, but did have a goal assist. Disappointingly he goes up one handed too often when going for a mark and the ball rebounds too quickly.

If we could somehow trade to 1, great we take Reid. However, I really like Mckercher and one of Watson & Curtin if we can't trade up, but somehow trade into the top 10.

I wanted him to play half forward because he's a very accurate kick for goal. You back??

Outside of H Reid, I really like Mckercher, Watson and Curtin. I'd be rapt to get either Reid or 2 of the others.

Plus potentially 3 in the top 10 this year. When are the northern states going to stop getting free hits.

McKercher has pace, dare and is a good kick. A left footer too I think. Can play inside and out, takes the game on and can brush aside tackles.

Chandler needs to excel at Casey b4 he comes back in. He was poor his last 1/2 dozen games for us.

Kossie was clinical with his 2 opportunistic goals. He finished with a lazy 3. Loved Melks 2 goals obviously, but Viney ripping the ball out of the Brisvegas player's hands then weaving through congestion to snap an inspirational goal was the catalyst for the set up. Son of Woey's goal was worth being at the G alone was a pearler.
