I think he'll be permanent sub from now on as he can play back or forward.

We have been by far the most inaccurate side in the league. We need to weed out the repeat offenders and target them on their technique and footy IQ.

Don't know where the goals are going to come from! Surprised JVR not in, hopefully Smith is sub. ANB seems to be an automatic in regardless of whether he stuffs up or doesn't kick goals. If Brown doesn't kick 3 or 4 I think we could be stuffed. Maybe Petracca plays predominately as a forward. Would have thought with Fritter out Smith would've played his role, with Petty there too and Tomlinson in the back half. Melks plays his 100th for the club, but if we lose I will be so annoyed.

You'd think by now the brains trust who've figured putting one of Bowey, McVee or Salem in the forward 50 to convert. Whilst it's gr8 having elite kicks in back half all their efforts turn to crud if there's no one to finish it off. Spargo cops criticism but he always looks for a pass and even if he could bomb it like a Rivers he nearly always chooses the right option. I wish we had more players that have high footy IQ like these 4 instead of ones that bomb it a contest often ignoring free players and bypassing them and then the ball comes straight out on a counter attack. For example Rivers late in the game kicked it over CP5 who was free at CHF to Brown who contested with 3 defenders.

I don't understand and I never will why we don't play the % and go for the certain possession as against ignoring it and going to 50-50 or a 3 on 1.

Need to play him Smith in Fritter's role whilst he's out. He's not as good a kick but is dangerous in the air.

Goody has too much faith in the system and his players. If he doesn't tinker with it and reassess players then it's going to be a wasted year. He appears to be stubborn. It's been obvious for weeks now that we need to work on accuracy for goal and some players are out of form or not effective. Can't understand how Chandler gets a game at present or why other players from Casey aren't considered. We need a shake up. Brown needs to be told to stop going for marks one handed he did it twice yesterday for not effect. Once Clarry comes back play Petracca predominantly as a forward, bring back Roo and consider using some of our better kicks up forward eg Bowey, Salem or McVee. We have to get the hacks out and better ball users in. Goody needs to show some emotion at the presser sometimes otherwise skip them sometimes and let's hear from some of the assistants.

Don't know why Chandler is getting a game he needs to find form at Casey, try Laurie at least he is a very accurate kck.

It's his ball drop he releases it from too high rather than guiding in onto his foot. He needs to really put some serious energy into his set shot routine and kick through the ball, hopefully the brains trust are proactive otherwise he'll keep missing vital chances. I want us to spend more time on our kicking set shots rather than trying bananas from the boundary for fun at ftraining.

I'd rather him say he's really disappointed that we didn't didn't win. I would have thought there's effort every week. Rather him say we should've won.

I'd swap Smith for Jordon and keep Petty at CHF and not play Brown as he doesn't work hard enough defensively
