Thanks Superdemon and Redsoxman, I really enjoyed it. Our recruiting with JT is in great hands. I love that JT states his emphasis is on Character/competiveness/resilience. He takes into account positional needs (say coaching staff) but Best available overrides. He comments on choosing the wrong people against a good character. On Trac's 50M Unfortunately most of these (and all UMPeeS) have never played the game. Or if they did they didn't like the centristical (if that's a word) essence that it is a contact sport. That's why they either chose soccer or umpiring. Both attract actors that can run. On the TV, Trac was shown as round the neck but in the flurry of the game he wouldn't have known and announced an expletive.
