Ricky Lever is on a stationary bike

He is not going to get anywhere doing that

The trainers took the rear view mirrors off the bike later in the session.

Since then, Rick hasn't looked back.

Well Demonlanders " Guess who's coming to dinner" great movie but come Next Wednesday... I'm looking likely to be able to venture to Gosshville to deliver an incisive P.F TRAINING REPORT!😇😂🤩 And if not Wed will be Friday!

I believe Jeffo has hired a body guard for the day. 😉

Was it Cranky Franky who said the tail of the elephant was too long in the petroglyph and was confused as to whether it was looking east or west.

On other trivia, the balls used Wednesday were a set of new ones, a mixture of "GT" stripes and normal reds. In prior training sessions they were using old yellow balls.

There was a brownlow medalist at West Coast who used to throw up all the time at traing and they said it was because of his gut busting running.

It probably was.

I hope the best demon in my lifetime is on a good path. He looks happy and healthy. So fingers crossed for him.

Wait for the HS report that 31 has checked out, cleared his locker and headed to Geelong or Colonwood.

at least Verrall wasn’t described as laconic.  Good call.

.. for what?  Maybe a parasol would be a better choice.

Can’t wait for the hun to describe a player as taciturn.

  • REPORT: Western Bulldogs

The next coach of the Melbourne Football Club faces the challenge of teaching his players how to win games against all comers. At times during this tumultuous season, that task has seemed daunting, made more so in light of the surprise news last week of the sacking of premiership coach Simon Goodwin. However, there were also some positive signs from yesterday’s match against the Western Bulldogs that the challenge may not be as difficult as one might think. The two sides presented a genuine football spectacle, featuring pulsating competitive play with eight lead changes throughout the afternoon, in a display befitting a finals match. The result could have gone either way and in the end, it came down to which team could produce the most desperate of acts to provide a winning result. It was the Bulldogs who had their season on the line that won out by a six point margin that fitted the game and the effort of both sides.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

The rain had been falling heavily in south east Queensland when the match began at Springfield, west of Brisbane. The teams exchanged early goals and then the Casey Demons proceeded like a house on fire in the penultimate game of the VFL season against a strong opponent in the Brisbane Lions. Sparked by strong play around the ground by seasoned players in Charlie Spargo and Jack Billings, a strong effort from Bailey Laurie and promising work from youngsters in Kynan Brown and  Koltyn Tholstrup, the Demons with multiple goal kickers firing, raced to a 27 point lead late in the opening stanza. A highlight was a wonderful goal from Laurie who brilliantly sidestepped two opponents and kicked beautifully from 45 metres out.
