Revive his afl career? Redemption? Far out the media can ride a horse called [censored]

The people not understanding why Clarry is working his way back through the seconds are you living under the worlds biggest rock?

For one it’s clear he hasn’t done too much main group training so whilst he’s fit to play it’s best to keep him from a max intensity game but otherwise refer to any number of club statements and media articles. I know we aren’t allowed to speculate on here but geez putting 2 and 2 together isn’t banned. The club has stressed slow and steady.

Toiyges have announced:

Missing from Richmond’s team is Dion Prestia (hamstring), Dustin Martin (managed), Tim Taranto (managed), Liam Baker (family reason), Toby Nankervis (managed), Tom Lynch (building match fitness), Jacob Bauer (hamstring) and Liam Fawcett (back).

Veteran Dylan Grimes, who has returned to the main training group after a calf complaints, has also been managed.

So we haven't got a forward line, they haven't got a backline, and their midfield is Hopper, Ross and Bolton....should be a ripper match!

Maybe Martin can't stand the thought of being towelled up by McVay again. 🤔

Some updates on the injury front filling in the blanks above.

Turner (stress fracture leg) 10-12 weeks

Melbourne have also noted that Angus Brayshaw (illness), Taj Woewodin(concussion) and Andy Moniz-Wakefield(thigh) won't feature in Sunday's match simulation.

The Demons are already without the likes of Ben Brown (knee) and Tom Fullarton(hamstring) for the start of the 2024 season.

Is that Disco?  Poor bugger.  Injury seems to hit him every time he looks like getting an opportunity.

Is he 426 Nick Smith, or Luke Molan #2 ?

Are Max and Lever at Tay Tay tonight or is the pic on the socials from yesterday’s concert?

They need to get to bed soon.

Reckon Fritta has added a few kgs based on the latest video posted by MFC socials - looks heavier than normal so wonder if he’s our stay at home FF?

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
