Unfortunately rpfc Freo have lifted a notch and can’t see them falling below 10th unless they are hit by serious injuries.!!!

Freo won’t make the 8. They aren’t good enough. Too inconsistent, can’t play at home every week. Their forward line is a couple years away. Good, developing side. But not finalists in 2023. Even top 10 I’d think would be a stretch this year.

Yeah he's an absolute gun. Been fan of his for a while.

He's just a tad on the shorter side of a genuine KPF but then again, it hasn't stopped Charlie Curnow.

You've got Richmond, Geelong, GC and even Sydney to finish above them.

Hoping they fall to 12th at least.

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.

Melbourne’s much vaunted finishing power evaporated at Adelaide Oval on Saturday afternoon, exposed for the third time in four years by its Essendon Gather Round hoodoo.
