Always thought players should be doing something along these lines, recently when Jordan Lewis couldn’t keep his feet in his last two seasons, thought he should have done some martial arts over summer that may have  assisted him.

As some one whose wife and friends do Brazilian Jui-Jitsu I’m glad to see it’s more a improvised technique and not actually learning BJJ and rolling with opponents.

BJJ is pretty brutal.

You really have to keep at it a while to get any good at it as well.

Yup, don’t get to black belt in a few years like some of the others.
