Assistant coach ...Line coach ?  would be a good start.  He would have great success IMO  He knows his football and has the pedigree.   However his playing days are over.  Maybe not at North  That could be the only option if wants to play.

    Seriously, who's in the need of a 35 year old? Has to be someone contending for a flag in 2021 and needs a slow, but smart, running defender. And can't find someone better.
