Listen to all the interviews above & I found very refreshing the transparency of Tom McDonald. Very articulate & to me anyway, it was obvious he handles the questions & pressure much better than all the others......surprised hes not in the leadership group TBH.

The Dees not going as well as most supporters think too, which again I think was clearly evident in the 2 JTL games, but hopefully their best form isn't too far away.....

I've said it before but in terms of the leadership group it must have come down to Nev or Tmac. Could have easily gone either way but agree Tmac oozes leadership, especially in front of the media.

Did Whatley call Perty 'Peter' around the 7 minute mark? He has a bit of a 'strine accent but I had to do a bit of a double take.

Well spoken individual  Simon Goodwin and very articulated he is invested heavily to seeing our club become great again. I can see him being with the us for quite some time as Melbourne on and off the ground evolve into becoming a major player in the AFL . We are certainly on on our way.

Looking promising.

Did you manage to get the Gary Pert interview this morning @Demonland  ? It was very inspiring and he talked mainly about Melbourne lacking a home and being the only club in the AFL with that issue. He said it was one of his main focuses. He had spoken to all the relevant parties inc City of Yarra and the MCG. He went on to say that Melbournes home was traditionally the MCG and how we would train 3 nights a week there. He said the offices there were all over the place and there was no central focus point where the supporters could meet.

If he could solve that one it would be amazing. The more i hear this guy the more i like him.

Talk is cheap WWS. On this subject I will believe when there is an approved plan. Until then it is just more of the last half century talk. Am I cynical on this subject? YES.

Every board we have ever had has said the same thing. It remains a problem. I’ll belive it when I see it.

Spot on, while we remain fixated on close to MCG I cannot see anything changing.
