Ashley Schaeffer BMW 7 Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 Incorrect Colin. They like cycling, especially fixies. And photography, oh hang on that's not a sport...
Ashley Schaeffer BMW 7 Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 Swans supporters in reserved seats? For gods sake men, what has this world come to? Golly gosh, this is deplorable, we must advise the higher order at once!
Dr. Gonzo 24,468 Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 Talking about opposition supporters... Nothing grinds my gears more than people wearing team merchandise, when that team isn't fkn playing. For example last night: fair enough if it was Eagles or Carlton merchandise, as they more than likely would've came from the match at Etihad, but I saw Saints, Pies, Tigers and Bombers last night. Like what significance does it have in doing that, absolutely none. I wore my Melbourne jumper to the Richmond/Carlton final last year.
The Chazz 4,077 Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 I'm more amazed that Melbourne members feel the need to buy a reserved seat. Why do you do it - just in case we might have a sell out?
CityDee 738 Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 It's part of what is great about out game being able to share a space with ferals and filth and get along. Id take hipsters any day over some of the carlton kangas and pies supporters Ive encountered. They even have fat yak on tap at the G these days . I prefer a coopers pale ale.
jazza 1,323 Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 What was with the swans supporters bring allowed into the Melbourne reserved seat area of the southern stand? I know people spoke to the MCC green shirts but nothing happened. Any one know why this was allowed? i take friends from sydney every year since thier son started playing for swans.ive have 3 memberships anddd dont have a problem doing this,as they are good people, not drongos. they recipricate by doing the right thing when im in sydney. so whats the problem, not enough empty seats for you to look at?

jazza 1,323 Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 Ouch! Straight to the core jazza. tried to sugar coat it.but its monday. we actually ended up on the 50.after meeting in reserved area. my mind was all blank after crossy gave it to JW in the 1st Q. that was my moment of serenity now.
Gorgoroth 13,220 Posted April 28, 2014 Author Posted April 28, 2014 I like empty seats, it means there are not people in them.
old dee 24,093 Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 I would love to know the numbers from Saturday night. i.e. the split between Swans and Dees supporters From my look around before the game and Half time etc I suspect there were more Swans supporters than Dees. What do others think?

Adam The God 30,768 Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Nah, more MFC supporters on Saturday night, IMO.
