The Horny Devils?

Maybe we have a nice bar upstairs and a hardcore bit downstairs .

Come to think of it .This is sounding more and more like a Barristers house in Jolimont.

Isn't masochism compulsory among Dee supporters?

HaHa, I thought so, at least for a brief short moments over the last 45 Years.

Maybe I'll change my forum name to Maso Chismatica?

I must admit to getting a bit fatigued with our Yo Yoing, we'll be this, no wait, no we're not, Lets try again... worn out...

A dungeonous cavern down the basement, with memorabilia for sale along with Devilish Para Fan 'alia.

Ground floor foyer where you decide whether you, 'Go Upstairs' or 'Go Down' ?... Hot Cafe with Fresh Roast Coffee & Cafe' - Lounge Bar with small screen Videos, (music &/or footy) according to the time/day...

1St Flr, Cocktail Bar with Function Room, with H/Q surround sound lounge,,,

2nd Flr, MFC Offices, etc...

Here's a question- perhaps primarily for Biffen. Consider the entrance to Luna Park - A big gob. Actually conjours up visions of some D land poster but that is not the point. If a MFC bar were to be called the "Hell Hole" , What would we dress the entrance up as?

I agree we need somewhere to call home socially. There is a great pub in the city that we could use as a club and the owners are Melbourne supporters, hey the are even a bronze partner on our sponsors page on the website.http://wharfhotel.com.au/The Wharf Hotel sits on the Yarra River opposite the Exhibition Centre just down from crown.Imagine having a Demon Boat Shuttle Service along the Yarra from the Wharf Hotel to the MCG and back again on game day. On the wharf hotel web page they even offer discounts to MFC members, with a bit of work between the club and the owners I am sure it could be turned into a great location to watch interstate games and a good spot for a beer before and after another Demon victory!Whilst not located close to the MCG or AAMI park it certainly is more appealing than the Bentleigh Club.I was in there a few months ago having a beer and they even have Demon pictures up on the walls.Just a thought!

Watched the Grand Final there this year, was pretty good and the foods alright as well (most Fridays they have a spit roast going probably Saturdays as well).

EDIT: BTW your idea of a shuttle down the Yarra on match days is great - while the Wharf isn't exactly too accessible by train (though Spencer/Flinders St are close enough) you could drive in park around that area or at Crown and catch the boat down to the G. Solves the problem of waiting in traffic on Punt Road/Wellington Pde as well and the food will be much better than you get at the crappy MCG outlets.

Maybe it's just me but these last few seasons the last thing I've wanted to do is hang around the 'G or its precincts after another belting.

But what will you do when we start winning & climbing the ladder? stay home alone?
