GAME DAY - ROUND 14

Watts is being exposed!

Who knows what to do with the kid atm, all the skills in the world, great decision maker and user

of the ball - and a smart footballer, just plain and simply slow over the first 5-10 metres.

The kid needs to work on his core strength, he plods, no turn of foot and its a worry.

Actually, its a big worry.

Is it just me or has Magner not done much since the first couple of games of the season. Seems a sloppy player at times.

The ONLY time Leigh Matthews talks is when it's about Brisbane, have a listen, he only talks when it's in their possession...

Its not you!

All good experience for Jack. Won't hurt.

Yep, he'll see the need to beef up a bit if he wants to play a 'Real' role for a tall boy, in defence, or in attack.

They gave him a sniff at it then moved him.

I am absolutely dumbfounded as to how Moloney is still in this team.

Hmmn, which part of him is in it?

Some great signs along with some totally gay umpiring and some terrible skills .

As per fu^&ing usual .

Its not you!

It's you and "KingDingAling"... What does that tell you?

He's played a different role since the first few rounds, hence less possessions

Has Magner played better than Valenti did at AFL level?

Mark Neeld, I know what you're trying to do, but you're failing. A lot.

Time for our defenders to go down and defend. Thanks.

I actually don't want Magner to get the ball at the moment. He thinks he's He-Man but forgets he's about 5 foot nothing.

And this is why Rivers or Garland should be playing on Brown, McGrath just kicked his 3rd after Frawley had been moved off him

I cannot recall a more obvious display of tanking since against Richmond. Not at all subtle.

are we the slowest midfield in the league?

Hmmn, which part of him is in it?

Everything but his head and his heart.

Watts should watch the footy - moreso than his man.

Read the drop of the ball, not watch his man, as he will be marking it - and youll still be watching!

This games annoying me, Brisbane arent even playing that well.

I think Tapscott has done ok - but he could be so much better, real improver next year Im tipping.

Blease is just a gun, he just doesnt care if we are losing - he will kill it anyway, what a prospect, good on him.

Bate is lifeless

So why the hell is Watts on HBF getting led away from the play when we can't take a grab forward?

I seem to recall Valenti having a few good ones... they're probably on par. Godfrey just shades them both.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
