GAME DAY IN PERTH

RIVERS!!! :(

It looked nasty on TV, but lets hope he's ok.

My heart actually stopped as soon as he flew for that mark. His courage is killing me... and him.

Milsy is a gun. Who says he can't kick! ;)

Well done to our midfield, and especially to Bartram for doing a stellar job on Kerr.

PJ actually doing ok, especially around the ground. Hopefully that means we can keep Stef out of the ruck. We do not need anymore injuries.

Chip has an adductor strain apparently.

We really shouldn't win this one... but COME ON DEES!!!!

Jones looks great, he looks so much quicker and skills are getting better and better.

Bennel looks sensational.

Almost feel sorry for sylvia, three times was in the clear yet mclean kicks it at his toes then bruce puts one on his head..

PJ is doing really well on cox. Has good hands for a big bloke.

Will be tough to win with 2 blokes down!!

I think Bruce has run out of 'bank credits', he is a liability. He is a damaging player, he damages us.

Don't want to turn it into a Bruce bash though, he is great lalala *fingers in ears*

Bate having his best game in 2 years (except 2nd half against Freo last year)

Bruce has done some great things

Only if Brock could hit a target :(

McLean does so well to get the ball, and find space, and half the time his kicks are brilliant (like the 60m pass to Miller's chest), and sometimes his kicks don't connect properly. Is he getting injections in his ankle which are making his lose some sensation in the foot? It just doesn't seem to make sense that his disposal gravitates between horrible and brilliant.

Warnock also criminally underrated.

Jack Grimes has done some great things.

Loved him standing tall against two Eagles in the backline and winning the free, and his disposal has been spot on.

Hasn't gotten a huge amount of ball, but looks the goods in just his second game.

For those people who are hoping we dont win (I presume to keep our win rate down) - why the hell shouldnt we win?? If the boys do get over the line, wouldnt it be a HUGE boost to the young fellas in the team?

Winning culture is what we need to start developing with this young side - not "oh well, we got close"

WOuldn't be hard with his recent form but i don't think he is having a great game. Still not sure he deserves a game next week.

Robbo and petterd need to lift..

With Frawley down and Rivs prob not coming back, it would leave us with 2 on the bench, hard to win with 2 fit players on the bench.

Robbo is keeping Glass out of the action, and leaving Miller to play on a lesser defender. That's already a big win for us.

MORTON AND JONES ARE PLAYING A RIPPER.

Bennell doing well

SYLVIA ...4 touches :(

WTF IS WITH DEES AND INJURYS. FRAWLEY IS GONE FOR THE GAME.

Trade bait?

Who the hell would want him? jokess :P

I'd like to hear more about Grimes... Also, I forgot Robbo was playing. Has he been on? Who's on him?

It sounded in the first quarter like Bruce was our best... made a couple of errors, and also, according to SEN, had a couple of very strong passages of play. As I'm listening he's won a free and is putting us forward again.

People who get on his back need to take a short walk...

bonus for us - Kerr not to come back on!

Offsets the Rivers absence. But not the Frawley one...

I'm going to pick it now... It's a draw.

By the end of round 22, we'll have won 4 and a half games...

  • AFLW REPORT: Port Adelaide

Well, that was a shock. The Demons 4-game unbeaten run came to a grinding halt in a tense, scrappy affair at the sunny, windy Alberton Oval, with the Power holding on for a 2-point win. The Dees had their chances—plenty of them—but couldn't convert when it mattered most. Port’s tackling pressure rattled the Dees, triggering a fumble frenzy and surprising lack of composure from seasoned players.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.
