Welcome to the forum that will change the way you view the world you live in! Being part of this forum is just like being married.... You take it for better or for worse.... In good times and in bad.... Till death do you part.....

Welcome!! ;)

Now Jack.... I don't mean to be nasty...

But you're 17. Go to bed.

:D

that fact that it took over 40 hits before a response would suggest that some thought this to be a hoax. cant wait to see you taking those big pack marks before splitting the big ones. also busting packs like Neita used to in his prime. i dont care what people say , when Neitz was up and running, defenders were looking over their shoulders. for the record ive read you are 193, 194 and 196 cm tall . care to clarify .cheers mate and good luck

Are you serious?

Are you serious?

April Fool's Day has come early this year. In the normal course, I would use my discretion (which I have rarely ever used around here) as a moderator to kill off this thread but what the hell, it's a quiet time of the year for news on football so I'm happy to let this run.

Does anyone have anything a little more serious to discuss about the Melbourne Football Club other than an imposter masquerading as:-

A Our # 1 draft pick from the 2008 National Draft, or

B The bloke of the same name who has been playing good football in the ammo's but is now injured and likely to retire.

Any way, an impostor's and imposter.

I'll be glad when school starts at the end of the week. :D

Haha thanks guys. Cant I use this username? I am not JW, but I want the username. Others have names, and I wont abuse it. I think it will be fun. Any indescretions, and I an banned. I am fine with that. Show some faith in the great JW.

... makes you wonder though, how many players jump on sites like this to read about themselves even though they are told not to. I probably would.

Once. Then never again.

  • REPORT: Western Bulldogs

The next coach of the Melbourne Football Club faces the challenge of teaching his players how to win games against all comers. At times during this tumultuous season, that task has seemed daunting, made more so in light of the surprise news last week of the sacking of premiership coach Simon Goodwin. However, there were also some positive signs from yesterday’s match against the Western Bulldogs that the challenge may not be as difficult as one might think. The two sides presented a genuine football spectacle, featuring pulsating competitive play with eight lead changes throughout the afternoon, in a display befitting a finals match. The result could have gone either way and in the end, it came down to which team could produce the most desperate of acts to provide a winning result. It was the Bulldogs who had their season on the line that won out by a six point margin that fitted the game and the effort of both sides.

  • CASEY: Brisbane

The rain had been falling heavily in south east Queensland when the match began at Springfield, west of Brisbane. The teams exchanged early goals and then the Casey Demons proceeded like a house on fire in the penultimate game of the VFL season against a strong opponent in the Brisbane Lions. Sparked by strong play around the ground by seasoned players in Charlie Spargo and Jack Billings, a strong effort from Bailey Laurie and promising work from youngsters in Kynan Brown and  Koltyn Tholstrup, the Demons with multiple goal kickers firing, raced to a 27 point lead late in the opening stanza. A highlight was a wonderful goal from Laurie who brilliantly sidestepped two opponents and kicked beautifully from 45 metres out.
