According to the website: 185cm 78kg (might have bulked up a bit since)
-
Harmes has shown poise
-
Very lucky they haven't kicked a goal yet - they are playing better
-
Wouldn't mind if he came in for Pedo or Watts
-
Garland - although that is more of a return to form. Salem is one
-
If that is the case I think it shows that journos are so eager for a headline that they don't care who they climb over to get it

Its something that you can probably never understand unless you or a loved one has experienced it. Events like this at least make everyone watching truly think about it - stay strong!

Don't think we will ever really know under what circumstances Clark left Melbourne. All I know is that when he did play for us he gave it everything. Hope he is alright!

Wanted to get some stuff done today but it is hard when both our VFL game and AFL game are on Channel 7
-
Yes - apart from last week we have actually started really well this year. Our backplane have proven themselves and our forwarding has shown they can kick a few - I think it will be won or lost in the midfield. Really need our core mids to lead from the front - Jones, Tyson, Vince. Dawes and Watts need to give us something - we can't win when we are effectively 2 men short. I am more confident then last week but still think its a long shot.

Match Preview and Team Selection - Round 6

He is if he turns up to play but I think that has only happened once - on this years form I would say he is not -
I guess that answers the question - How many Jesse Hogans does it take to beat Hawthorn? Now we just need to find another 4 and a half by next week...

Casey have Gawn and Fitzy listed so he may only play 50% game time or play in the goal square. While our ruck stocks aren't that promising I would rather us look at fixing up other areas first (might be able to find someone mature cheaply - Stefan Martin) -

Smaller then many key forwards? I assume your referring to his weight -

Roos on Jamar: "We spoke to Mark this morning and said, 'We're not unhappy with they way you've been playing but it's hard to do it week in, week out'," Roos said on Friday. "His concentration levels have got to be enormous. You've got to get to 80, 90 stoppages and then in between stoppages you've got to be active. "It's probably as much about the position now, it's just a really tough role. http://www.afl.com.au/news/2015-05-08/ruck-by-committee-forces-demon-mark-jamar-down-to-vfl- -
Most teams are able two play two ruckman (or a good second ruck) - we don't really have that luxury so Jamar has probably had a high work load. He also seemed to fade out last year so I don't think it would be a bad idea (against the Swans) - if he goes down with an injury we could be in some trouble. He is listed at Casey though - maybe he will play 50% or as a resting forward. Never really had much faith in Spencer (not sure about his tap work) - hope he takes his chance.

He has never really had a consistent run of games to find his feet - I think it is mainly a confidence thing - we know he can kick its just a lot of second guessing and lack of confidence that finds him in trouble. He is smart, can be clean, has a great tank and as a junior did seem to be quick (don't know what happened there?). We need quick outside mids - really hope we can develop Toump and Stretch properly. -
Stats that Matter - Season 2015 (or a truckload of bulldust!?)
Young Dee replied to Demon Dynasty's topic in Melbourne Demons
Yes Viney is a loss but I think looking at his stats and comparing them to last year/other players is fairly ridiculous - he has played 2 games this year! Stats have their uses but I think they are often over analysed. -
Good But Bad

I think Bail is probably a better option then Riley. Riley has shown nothing at AFL level and is basically like McKenzie. Bail has shown he can play as small forward, kick a few goals and run through the middle. He also brings good aggression.
-
I don't see any humble pie eating re Pedo. I seem to recall most saying he was completely useless pre-game. He is nothing special but some seem to forget that he showed last year he can contribute.
-
Grimes played fairly well but Jetta probably reclaims his spot next week. Pedo was alright without being great - Dawes probably reclaims his spot. McKenzie didn't seem to have any input - probably replace with best available On another note: Disappointed with Howe in that last quarter - a senior player and missed 3 or 4 shots on goal just not good enough

Essendon VFL v Casey Scorpions - Round 3
Young Dee replied to KC from Casey's topic in Melbourne Demons
Thanks again KC!I would be interested to get your opinion on the value of Byrnes to MFC (don't seem to ever be mentioned) -
Classic Watts - now he finds some of the ball
