A Day at the Races
Oh Boy’.... that took a while. Had some real trouble finding a standout. Best Bet: Randwick Race 6 Number 4 Smartedge $3.40 The race will run to suit. Will settle back and have one last crack at them. Winner last start, they weren’t making much ground on that particular day which makes the win even better. Form should hold up well, ran 2nd behind Star Of Monsoon two starts back and the third place getter Paret was a subsequent winner.

A Day at the Races
Nice heads up there Macca. The horse was scratched this morning. Adelaide track still a heavy 8 so I’m considering skipping past Domination in Race 7. The $1.95 is too short now for my liking. Back soon with another ‘Best’.

That’s even better than a pummeling, talk on the Geelong boards is they can’t wait to meet the Tigers in the finals.

Good Friday footy 2019
Fair point Doc. I was thinking more along the lines of the standard we will produce after a 4-5 day break on such a big occasion. Our last two against Essendon have been stinkers on the back of really short breaks.

Long night for the Cats if the Nank is kicking them like that.

A Day at the Races
Thanks Macca, update greatly appreciated. Back to the form guide.....I have another picked in Adelaide but the track condition will need to improve quickly for me to make it a ‘Best’.

Who do we realistically target for a trade?
This is the point King was making on 360 during the week. He can’t understand the difference between ‘restricted’ and ‘ unrestricted’ for the same reasons you mention DJ.

Good Friday footy 2019
If Brisbane do get the Thursday night against Pies, Pies will have a full week’s break heading into Anzac Day. How convenient!
-
Good Friday footy 2019
The article suggests Brisbane will request the Thursday night game before Good Friday with Pies touted as a likely opponent. Surely the AFL can’t have Brisbane on that night. If we or Richmond play on the Saturday the break isn’t long enough heading into Anzac Eve.

Daisy: AFLW's a Gimmicky Tournament
Daisy makes you love her even more. "How about you get the women's competition right before you go into these Chinese frontiers and AFLX."

A Day at the Races
Best Bet: Mooney Valley Race 8 Number 3 Trap For Fools. $2.30 Former WA galloper having fourth run in and should be hitting his straps fitness wise. Has improved each run this campaign and has some excuses in those runs. By the look of it there’s not much pace here, the horse should be able to lead with Rawiller dictating the tactics and hopefully we see the famous dash away from rivals on the home turn.

Round 20 - Non MFC Games.
What actually suits us better tomorrow? I initially thought a Hawks win. Bombers could be killed off tomorrow. Hawks still to play Geelong, Sydney and Saints somewhere in between. Dons have Saints, Richmond and Port away. Busy Saturday coming up. 4 big non MFC games from 1.45pm.

Round 20 - Non MFC Games.
Four weeks to go and it’s been hard to watch some games this year but a lot of us will be tuning in for the last month. No downer this week for Richmond, Tigers by 27. Haw v ESS. Can’t stand both of them. The arrogance of ESS supporters at work have me wearing my brown and gold hat on for tomorrow. They have penciled the R23 game against Port as the game that will get them in the finals. Breust to kick 6 and Uber the Bombers back to Tullamarine. Lions v Kangas. Lions are definitely not playing for draft picks. Higgins a big out, tough game for North. The Showdown. Crows anyone? Syd v Coll. Feel good story with Johnson returning, Pies missing Howe. Can’t pick this one. Someone suggested a draw on another thread for this game so draw it is, just to confuse us even more.

A Day at the Races
Since we are talking Swans binman, I had a look at the early market for our game against them. I realise the one week at time cliche but realistically speaking most of us are looking down the track ( not necessarily punt wise). We are $1.45, Swans $2.75 If we get up this week and Swans lose our odds will reduce further in my opinion. When was the last time we were that short against the Swans?

Goodwin Presser (2/8)
We had one particular poster label Jesse as pathetic and a disgrace for a month yet Goody sounds very happy with his form up to last week.

The 2018 Membership Ladder
A thought for Gold Coast. What will their number look like next year if they lose Lynch ( highly likely) and May ( possibility)?

Please help find cooking review from Demonland
Did you try the Demons on Masterchef thread? Could be in there, I remember a funny post but not sure if it’s the same one you’re talking about.

Melksham Injures Hamstring
Melbourne FC @melbournefc Goodwin on Melksham: It looks like only the one week - it’s a really minor hamstring strain. He should recover really quickly.
-
Changes v Gold Coast Suns
He’s played 4 games since returning Layzie.

The 2018 Membership Ladder
The Richmond increase is ridiculous. From April to now they increased by a further 10%. I believe one game memberships were sold. Do they count?
