Does the article mention if any coaches are to be quarantined? In the vision from their training the other day along with the coughing and splattering McKenna is also seen spitting into his hands for ‘grip’ and putting his arms around a coach in a drill seconds later. Well, most players are seen doing this during games then tackling blokes but we can’t have contact at full training??

Who is our best option for Tippa? He was one that got away from us in last year’s game playing a high half forward role. Would anyone entertain the thought of throwing Smith on him at some stage if Tippa is running us off our legs?

It would be interesting to see his time spent inside our forward 50. What’s his role? Looks like a ‘CHF’ role to me from the first two games and Fritta as the ‘stay at home’ forward. Hard not being at games and looking at set ups. I remember seeing T Mac get separation maybe twice on Weitering and take a mark on the wings/HF. At the moment most of us have no confidence he can beat his man one out and take marks.

I’d love to see us send Trac forward for longer periods in this one, predominantly as the deepest especially if we are struggling up there. Remember Trac taking Hurley apart a few years ago at the dome with 4 snags.

You look forward to Thursday nights for selections then suddenly realise you play Sunday and have to wait another 24 hrs for the final team. Predicting they will include Weid, Kossie, Hibbo and Lockhart to the squad. If Hibbo does get selected for the final 22 I’m also fearing it will be at the expense of Jetta. One thing to look forward to is seeing Langdon and Tomlinson on the MCG wings for the first time.
